I'm impressed!I expected the shipment to arrive quickly - indeed - Bolo showed what it can do. It was supposed to be a gift for my mother who lives in a condominium. She needed something like this. Immediately after the shipment arrived, I went to install it. Everything went as instructed. Easy connections, clear instructions. I set a pleasant sound when someone is at the door. It worked right after connecting. Mom is very happy because she can see - even when it's dark in the corridor and hear who is behind the door, she can talk to him. It is very important for an elderly person not to open the door if they do not know who is behind it. Clear, bright image, clear sound. This is what she and I needed. She is safer and I am more confident about her safety.

Wiring this up was relatively easy. Once powered up it was immediately realized the touch screen buttons did not work. The camera end did work as did the chime and video did show up on the monitor. I just wish the option buttons worked. Returned.

This TMEZON Wired Video Intercom System video doorbell cam was a great useful option for a little more home security. I'll note that the instructions could be better but it wasn't too hard after watch a few diy videos online for similar products, this way if I ran into any issues I was mostly prepared to handle it. The system feels fairly well built but I personally made sure to have a covering on thr video doorbell for more protection from the elements. Also try not to drop anything or be rough when handling, althoughfairly well built, the electronics seem like they can easily give issues is banged around.The basic idea is have a spot for both cam (outside home) and control panel with screen (inside home) near an outlet. Make sure the distance is within the length of the wires between the two units where the wires are pretty long to cover the distance of most homes. Drilling holes is the way to go for this wired system and for long distances a bit of snaking the lines from one point to the other. You can tack it to walls but i would recommend having any wires exposed. The doorbell cameras power is supplied from the main unit and honestly wireless is convenient but a hard wired system responds faster.The video quality comes in clear on the large screen and the audio for the intercom is good on both ends. I liked all the ring options which I didn't think there would be so much. I also didn't realize door locks could be connected to the panel making it great for gates, front doors and many more places. To an extent, it's a fancy option that nice apartment buildings have, business and expensive homes but it's available at an affordable price for anyone. I'm happy with the system and hope it lasts a long time.

This is east to use and easy to set up. Definitely a great feature that it works with electric locks, so you can unlock your door with the press of a button. Before purchasing please note that the doorbell gets its power from the screen. That being said the wiring from the doorbell needs a hole so you can feed the wires from the back of the doorbell- assuming you install it by your front door- to the back of the screen- located inside of the house. The wires are too thick to feed through the door, as closing the door on the wires could damage the wires or the frame of the door. So if you don’t have the set up for one already, you may need to have someone or yourself drill if you have the tools or equipment. Other than that, it’s great quality.
