I am a first time menstrual cup user. I have always hated the feeling of tampons and expected not to like this alternative but I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I recommend folding the cup into the “7” fold for easiest use. The steamer and carrying case are awesome additions especially for the price!

I like the steam cleaner because it's easier than scrubbing by hand and seems safer than boiling, but I have a hard time believing it actually disinfects.The smaller cup is very comfortable to me and I like it better than a different brand I used to use. The cups are very soft. After putting it in, I didn't know if was there. That being said, it also leaked the first time I used it. Not sure if I did something wrong or if there's just an adjustment period (haha). It felt like it was securely in, so not sure why it leaked after just a few hours. I guess I'll try the larger cup next.I keep trying to remove the cup by pulling on the nub at the bottom, which makes the cup fold up on itself, but the amount of pulling I have to do makes me uneasy and I end up reaching up to grab the top of the cup instead. I feel like I'm about to suck out my insides when I just pull on it.The steamer instruction booklet isn't very helpful and doesn't give great directions.

I love that this comes with the sterilization cup and two diff sizes. This was my first time using one of these. Once you learn to insert and remove it it's totally a game changer.

First off, I love that its not just the menstrual cups but that it also has the steam sterilizer! The sterilizer is super easy to use and works great! It comes with a little measure cup and you pour 10oz in to the bottom, set the cup on top and then replace the lid and hit the button. A few minutes later you're ready to use your cup (after it cools off some first) As far as the cups themselves go, the kit comes with 2 sizes a small and large. This was my first time using a cup, and it took a little practice before I was finally able to get it in correctly. It's definitely a trial and error type process if you've never used one before. Once inserted though, they were comfortable enough that I almost forgot they were there! The stem at the bottom I will say seems a little small, it was a bit difficult to reach when I tried to get it out the first time, but the suction seemed to work great and it was definitely better than tampons! I do highly recommend using a water based lube to help with insertion if you have any issues. It made a huge difference for me!

Super easy to use. The steamer and case seem a bit cheap so I watch it while it sterilizes to make sure no fires happen… maybe I’m a bit paranoid lol. The only thing I would add is a larger case that fits both the steamer and the cups for traveling!

SWITCH TO A CUP
This was the first cup I ever got and I love it! I often have very heavy flows and it works amazing! I go the whole day without a worry! Suggestion, if it starts to smell a little bad rinse in cold water and put it in the sun before putting it in the sanitizer. The sanitizer works great and is awesome as you can just use the measuring cup, fill it, and wait until it cools to take the cup out and put back in its container. the container is great as it fits both cups, has drainage holes for any excess water and fits into a bag or purse easily.
First time cup user, game changer
Despite my sister having a positive experience with Lena cups I decided to get this one as I really liked that it came with two options and a steriliser! I figured even if I didn’t get on with the cups, it was going to be worth it for the steriliser even if I eventually bought another brand. I found initial insertion a slight challenge to get right but found the punch fold more successful than the c-fold. I wasn’t sure if I had a high cervix so tried the smaller cup and I think I’d struggle with the larger size, although my flow isn’t heavy and it’s reassuring to have another option if I ever need it. It comes with instructions on how to use the steriliser, both cups are in plastic inside the case and the steriliser has a plastic cover but no case. Overall incredibly positive experience and I have already raved about it to several friends - I feel so much cleaner as someone who hated pads and had incredible fear of toxic shock and therefore couldn’t wear tampons; I feel like I can shower, swim, wear whatever underwear I want without any worries. Buy the cup!!!!!
Why didn't I try this sooner?!
I'm 35 and can't believe I could've been using a cup all along...if you're thinking about buying this, just do it! Bit of a learning curve with insertion. If you want a good seal you have to stand in a "captain morgan" pose while inserting. I change mine twice a day, it's so convenient! Feels much cleaner than other feminine hygiene options. Not to mention, the money you'll save every month! And the steamer is much better than boiling on the stove in my opinion.
Very easy to use and clean
I Struggle with sizes and scratchy stems in period Cups. the small one fits me perfectly, and the rounded stem is very comfortable even if you have sensitive skin, while still being easy to hold while removing the cup.Steam cleaning is great as well, no more wasting time or water on this.10/10 best cup I've ever tried, would definitely recommend.
Great for beginners
The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using a menstrual cup. I think it is beginner-friendly, although it’s quite difficult to get around it at first — mostly because it’s my first time. I wish it came with an instruction on how to use the cup, not only on how to use the sterilizer.Overall great budget cup for beginners. Comes in two cups and a sterilizer which is nice.
