5.0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC, WELL MADE, AND IT HAS A WALL ON THE BACK AND SIDES
This is perfect for meals, elevating a laptop and writing at it with much less joint pain, for people with fibromyalgia or other fatigue, solo or couple tabletop gamers. The table is a great, sturdy, well supported fixture. It works so well for us. There are no rough edges, splinters, or wobbly parts. It was easy to assemble with great instructions. This is such a nice support for a Saturday morning leisurely breakfast or a long worknight or anything in between. Also, the wall on the sides and back keep pieces of games, or other objects, from slipping off the board. Very impressed.
5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, Easy Assembly, and Looks Good
The table was able to be assembled in about 30 minutes. It was simple, but it does help to have a second person for assembly. The table itself does exactly what I was hoping for. It's stable, easy to move, and a very convenient size for a single bed. (It is adjustable to fit wider beds if necessary.) The aesthetics are pleasing enough, and I would definitely recommend this table for someone who spends a good deal of the time in bed. I would recommend to get a power strip with a 15 foot cable, and Velcro it to the back side. It can be out of sight, but provide a nice way to get power to the unit. It's also a good idea to Velcro down other items that remain on the table so they don't fall when the table is moved.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great desk
Well first of all I'm 63 and I was able to put this together by myself and get it up my stairs.Very simple to put together. It looks very nice. It moves very easily. The table is a really nice size. Plus it's got the back on it so things don't slide off. You can move it up and down besides making it wider and it fits across my queen bed perfectly.I am really happy with this purchase. I can sit in bed at night time and read my book and be very comfortable.I was really surprised at the ease of assembly. Now if you're older like me and you're going to put it together and you have to get it up the steps. Here's what I'm going to tell you, just put together the side pieces and carry those upstairs. Then put together the top and carry that upstairs and then you can assemble the rest right there on your bed without even a helper.Good job to the company that engineered this.
5.0 out of 5 stars My New Best Friend!
I broke my shoulder and I’m stuck in a recliner for several weeks. I needed this for my medication‘s and other items that I needed close to me. I also work from home and needed a place to put my laptop. I like how this can go from using this at my recliner and then to my bed when I eventually can go into my bed. It was pretty easy to put together and I have been using it for about five weeks now and absolutely love it! I’m not sure I’m going to want to stop using it when I’m all healed up. I love the piece that goes across the back and around the sides because it keeps stuff from falling off. Rolls around smoothly and has lots of options for adjusting the height and width. I zip-tied a power strip on one of the metal bars so I could plug stuff in. I absolutely love this table and have no complaints whatsoever.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great sturdy desk for bed
The wood itself feels very smooth and looks pretty, yet it is very sturdy and for someone to use on the bed or has physical mobility issues, that is a great deal to use.
4.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what it says on the tin
I've had this for seven and a half months now. I'm very pleased with it so far! It was decently easy to put together to begin with, something many people could do on their own. A level and a second person help immensely, however. It's very sturdy and the surface top is actually deeper than I thought it would be so my laptop fits comfortably. I also have a permanent second monitor on top of it and if I wanted to I would have room for a third. The space that isn't dedicated to the monitor or laptop is perfect for keeping everything I need organised on it as well as give me a safe place to put beverages. It's been able to hold my weight (147-155 fluctuating) many times and has only "fallen" once when I didn't have an edge tightened enough. Not that I recommend putting weight on it ify you can help it, but it's nice to know that it can handle so much.My only complaint is that about six months in one of the locks for the wheels has started getting caught on the bar above it so it no longer easily moves backwards. I have to stand and pull it, while slightly lifting, from the foot of the bed. I'm sure this is fixable but I haven't found out how quite yet. Mind you this is the opposite diagonal from where I've put my weight mentioned earlier, so it's not related to that. The loss of a star is for this problem alone, since ease of moving the table is very important to me.I'm in my bed most of the day and this desk has been a life saver. Before I was relying on bed trays and they were very unreliable, easy to tip over, and frequently sank into the bed in weird ways. None of those problems exist with this table! I can move it down to the edge of the bed at night and sleep comfortably, too, so I don't have to worry about putting everything away and pulling it back out every single day. And when I wake up it's a quick and easy slide right back into place.
5.0 out of 5 stars SAY YES AND LOVE THE BLACK VERY SLEEK
Driver set this out in our garage and it’s way heavier, then $100 or so. This feels more like an easy $275 and up product. I put it together in a wheelchair till the end and then it took 2 people to slide into the holes. Not a long project, and no directions, but we were fine. Would buy again! Thanks. I’m 5’10” and my feet don’t touch it like I was worried about. Held the car and things just fine, so passed the test.
5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job
It does the intended job. I would not recommend the intended weight limit of 350 pds. It does look flimsy for it. But, it would be reasonable for keeping Laptops or even a monitor on it. So, does the intended job alright. Easy to assemble. I am using it over a queen bed. My only glitch is small wheels on a fluffy carpet. Difficult to move. Bigger wheels could alleviate that problem. I am planning to use cut strips of Chair mat for carpet for smooth wheel movement to push the table further back to foot end of bed when done with work and sleep. Overall, a good buy.
MY LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.
I LOVE IT SO MUCH 😭 This is the second best thing to happen to me ( the first being my chihuahua) - it is so versatile, I work from home on it, fold my laundry on it, I eat all my meals on it, I do so while laying in bed, I do so while sitting in my office chair, i do so while standing up, I put my flat screen tv on it and pull it up to my face whilst cosy in bed..I’m so happy :)
Perfect
Perfect absolutely meets my needs
