Overall design is great. Clean and simple - looks like what you'd find in an upscale hotel. Material is quality made and quite sturdy- doesn't topple over easily with heavy hand towels - and doesn't stain/tarnish easily.I like the added feature of optional height adjustment.

I didn't want to put holes or glue on my walls so I decided to try this to hold my handtowels instead of living with them just resting on the sink or counter. Glad I did. It works great and holds my handtowels. It adjusts size a little, to make it taller, which I liked too. Nice solid feel.
