This is my first air fryer, and I chose it because the size is perfect for cooking for 2 and the cute color options. When it arrived, I was very sad that there was a defect straight out of the box where one of the display lights was on all the time, making it difficult to gauge the temperature setting. I emailed the company’s customer service and am beyond impressed with their resolution. Mary, one of the customer service managers, sent me some trouble shooting options to try to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, she immediately sent a replacement and followed up with me to make sure the new air fryer arrived and was working appropriately. The new one is perfect and I am really pleased with how quickly and effectively my small complaint was handled. The air fryer cooks well and is very easy to use. I do wish there was an option for turning off the beeping sound it makes when setting the cooking temperature and type, but that’s mostly for my own sanity as I have a sound phobic dog who doesn’t like the noise.

I love this air fryer! It has so many settings. It is easy to use. It is easy to clean. Rinse and wipe out. I don’t even use silicone nor paper liners with it. I bought both and sent them back,( I felt they would actually hinder the overall texture of the food. After each use, I turn it to warm for a This 1 or 2 minutes and simply wipe it clean with the paper towel. It is very well-made. I use the roasting setting the most. Chicken thighs come out amazing. I must admit I need to experiment more with the other settings, for there is quite a selection. Before the first use, I rinsed the basket and wiped it dry. Then ran the short cycle before cooking our first meal. Afterwards, we did not experience any unusual smells from the air fryer. I love the touch control panel screen. I bought the green avocado color and it looks really nice on my counter. I really did not want a black box setting on my countertop. The green unit really softened up the look. I also like that, it has a square basket, opposed to the round basket. The square basket allows you to fit more in it. Four chicken thighs, fit comfortably in the basket, leaving room around each one for the air to circulate. This unit is perfect for my husband and I. Depending on what you’re making, it cooks for 2 to 4 people. We both love it! Tip; to keep it the cooking surface in best of shaped do this: with half a piece of folded paper towel ,rub the cooking surface down with a dab of olive oil. Wipe offf excess oil. This will keep it seasoned, nonstick and looking new for many years to come. I do this with all my teflon / ironstone style cook ware. (It is best done with the surface slightly warmed). Ps the unit has a warm setting as well 💁🏻♀️ Enjoy.

So far this air fryer has been absolutely wonderful. It is not super big and it is aesthetically pleasing so it looks great on our kitchen counter. It has done the job for everything I’ve thrown at it and quick without pre heating times. I did have a small issue where it would make a ticking sound for a few minutes at the beginning of the cooking session. However after contacting customer service, I had the issue fixed and now have a great air fryer. The customer service was really quick to respond and very welcoming making it a simple problem to fix.

This airfryer is the perfect size for 2 people, me and my partner. I love it too heat up veggies, meats, and leftovers. Leftovers have never tasted better. They get as crisp(or more) than when they were first cooked. Easy to clean and easy to use. Very efficient at heating up. This air fryer is a great alternative to the oven and a deep fryer. It's quick and healthy. Definitely recommend.

Very easy to use, straight forward and simple. The basket is the perfect size for anything I need, and the entire unit is small enough to still have plenty of counter space or easily store away in a cupboard.I've had it a few weeks now and it's still going strong, super easy to clean and care for.I do have to say my skittish cat and I don't like the loud beep. I've heard other air fryers that play a little tune that isn't such a harsh frequency and volume, and if it had that instead I would be happier with it, but it's not a huge deal.

There isn’t anything about this air fryer I dislike! It is multi functional from air frying to baking. I’ve had other ones but this one is hands down the best. I love the square drawer as it seems to hold more and cooks evenly even if food is stacked. I did a steak in it and my husband said he’d prefer I always cook them in this. Great to use and the price was perfect!

Easy to use, just the right size for on a counter and you can coordinate the color with your kitchen. Works really well and is easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.
