Because of how the metal is folded, it prevents the nut to attach to the bike. Maybe it's the bike, but I had to grind off a lot of metal to make it able to fit, which absolutely makes it less sturdy. if the metal was folded the opposite way, I could have attached the nut without needing to grind away structure.

Good quality but found the the stabilizers that go over the tubing did not fit my child's bike. Stabilizers scratched his bike up and made the training wheels pop out of place causing the bike to fall over. Would recommend measuring tubing before ordering.

For first time parents having to figure it out on our own instructions would have been handy but they're great

these are pretty easy to add on to the existing bike. However sometimes the screws come loose and make the training wheels wobbly, so I have to tighten them again once in a while, which is pretty inconvenient.

Don’t work at all
If you use the axle extension bolts, it’s impossible to use the rotation restrainers as they’re now too far away from the bike frame to work. Also, the L-shaped extrusions that hold the wheels are the wrong way around so they add an extra 6 to 7mm to the overall thickness of the arm, making most axles too short to fit. Poorly designed, won’t work but well made. Shame. Returned.
Extender 'screws' too short and wrong materials
Does the job, but externder screws (nuts) too short for derailleur gears on 20" wheels. Thread stripped in nut (aluminium alloy) so bought some equivalent steel alloy extensions. Also needed stainless washers (file down edges to fit), both for securing hub and provide small extra extension for derailleur gears. Additional restrictor tabs don't fit well with derailleur gear change.Installation instructions poor.Just about good enough for price, as only for a short spell whilst learning.
