I was worried about the performance of this trimmer given the lack of name brand, but after a month, its holding up and working well. I originally bought this to replace a Wahl trimmer that finally give up the ghost after several years of use. What was important to me were the various cutting heads - nose hair, small and large trim heads, and shaver. This OLOV unit came with all of them and a few more.The charging stand fits nicely into my medicine cabinet with internal plug so I can keep it out of sight when not in use. While the rack for accessories is too large for the medicine cabinet, it fits in the drawer of my sink stand, so all good overall.From an operation standpoint, I like the dual speed options on this trimmer and the smooth quiet operation. The cutting heads are efficient and cut hairs well. I have even used this on my dog's hairs between his paws, which get so long he slides around on our hardwood floors! It's so quiet, my dog doesn't mind my using it on him (one cutting head kept just for that use!). The switch to turn on and toggle between slow and fast speeds took some getting used to, but after a while, it was easy to remember how. Overall, a good unit for the price.

It seems good, used for 2 months, recharged twice.Getting it to start and stop is rather weird - something like holding the button for 1 second, but if you go much longer it locks and there is some 1 2 3 countdown on the display I dont understand.The charger base has a proprietary connector so if you forget to pack it you are SOL .The box is too small to store all the accessories or its not easy at least.There is a holder for all the parts but I didnt want to take up a square foot of counter space.If the rack mounted to a wall and was much smaller it would be useful.The accessories - namely the snap on guards should have identifying letters or numbers like '4' so I can find the one I want without guessing.

The OLOV for men beard trimmer feels solid and well made. I like the foil shaver attachment. It is shaves very close without any discomfort, does an excellent job and is the attachment I use most. The attachments snap into place and feel very good. I like the charging stand but wish it had either a plug in or the adapter instead of just the USB. The OLOV is very easy to clean as well. This was a great purchase for me.ThanksJim
