I like the Buffalo flavor – out of the pack, on salads, and as soup croutons. But as with similar products, like dry-roasted peas, garbanzos, etc., you need to have liquid at hand (beer is my favorite), or you'll be stuck with a mouthful of dry, crushed beans that might choke you if you tried to swallow!
