I'll be honest, I don't know if instructions came with this game and I just tossed them thinking "I obviously know how to play Tic Tac Toe", so we did have to spend a few rounds of playing to make up rules but once we had it down - we had so much fun. I think I just like how simple of a game it is - at the end of the day, you're just tossing bean bags, so make up whatever game you want it to be. We complained that packing corn hole for camping would take too much space and this was a PERFECT alternative. While not exactly the same, there's no reason you can't make it pretty close with varying rules. One complaint is that the stakes to tie the corners down were a little flimsy and the squares for the "board" weren't evenly spread, leaving things uneven in size and on the ground.
4.0 out of 5 stars Outdoor Game with Quick and Easy Setup
This is not an expensive, outdoor game where you want to invest in good, high-quality sets like horseshoes or cornhole. It’s essentially some straps sewn together to form a tic-tac-toe board, some fairly cheap red and blue bean bags marked with X’s and O’s, some stakes to hold the tic-tac-toe board in place on the ground and a drawstring carrying bag to store everything in. Game play is super simple. Essentially, you can decide how to play yourself. I did play this by myself, simply throwing all the bags to see how many I could land in the squares, and I also played a two player game where we took turns trying to land our designated color bean bags in the squares to get a tic-tac-toe first. This is a simple and fun game for all ages to enjoy outdoors. The only issue with it is that the straps seemed to be sewn together kind of carelessly in places, so that there was no way to lay the entire grid out flat and square. I’ve attached a close up photo of the bunched up inside straps when the outside square was pulled tight and secured into the ground. Regardless, as I said already, this is not a serious, professional type game. It works perfectly for what it is as a quick and easy setup on the go.

Whip this out at a tailgate, and you will be very popular! As far as yard games, you can’t go wrong with tic tac toe! The adults and little kids can get in on the fun. This set was pretty cool because it comes with anchors and a carrying bag!

This was quick and easy to assemble and can easily be used inside on rainy days if you have the floor space. My son loved playing the game outside and even came up with a few different ways to play it. The bean bags are decent quality and should hold up for a while. It's super easy to take apart and it has a storage bag to keep everything together. It's compact and doesn't take up much room to store. Great game!

This is a fun game for little tykes & grownups alike! We go camping a lot & having fun games like this is such a bonus to add to our family fun! Everybody wanted to play, so this game was a twist on a classic, but there was at least a wee bit of exercise involved AND getting outdoors, away from the phones & TV distractions. THAT’S a HUGE thing! Adults can take things further when the kids are asleep, for more of a challenge, at a greater distance, but yeah.. it is fun 👍.It’s a solidly put together, easy to travel with, carrying bag included, family-friendly game for ALL. Yes, i highly recommend this game, and this is a find & well worth the money! It’s versatile for at home, at a friend’s house, at a party, or camping, beaching, etc, too :).5 stars ✨!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** I hope my review has been helpful 😊! **

The media could not be loaded. What better game to play at camp then giant Tic Tac Toe. The yellow straps are heavy duty and can withstand playing in the dirt, sand, and gravel and the bean bags as well. It stores easy in a drawstring bag that comes with it and doesn’t take up much storage space. Setting up is quick and easy and it’s loads of fun to play.

This tic-tac-toe yard game is pretty fun. Our six year old loves playing with their indoor plastic version (with the swiveling X/O pieces), so this seems like a good bet to take on camping and park trips.The set is built well, although I wouldn't say there are any luxury or additional thoughtful touches included. It comes with its own carrying case and stakes to hold the game down, but no mallet. The stakes are plastic and will likely become brittle over time and may break with repeated pressings into hard grounds. If the package had included more durable metal stakes (even the basic kind included with tents) as well as some type of mallet I would have given a 5th star.
