5.0 out of 5 stars Very useful. Well made. True bargain
The product is solidly built and as accurately pre-drilled. All hardware of screws, bolts, knobs. Clamps were included and accurately described in the picture type instructions. If you refer carefully to the instruction sheet you should not have much of a problem assembling. Do not forget or overlook the flat metal pre drilled plate that is positioned underneath the joint of where the vertical column meets the leg member that the picture shows. Also be aware that the two long bolts are used to attach the black pen holder to the table (F in picture). The 8 shorter bolts are used to attaché the table and mouse table to the clamp brackets E. This is where the instructions were confusing. All in all this laptop stand is a well designed and useful product at a bargain price! The only criticism I would offer is that the table that holds the laptop is a little small for my 27 inch Dell and the pen holder could be a little higher but these deficiencies, if a problem can easily be overcome with easy, gentle modifications. In my case I simply raised the mouse table up to be parallel to the lap top table and moved the laptop to the right so that it is in part supported By mouse table. Doing so makes for greater stability as the computer is closer to center. There is still plenty of room for mouse operation.
4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good, not excellent
It is basically what I want but it is not sturdy. The way it is put together allows a lot of flex and allows things to slide or bend.Otherwise it is almost perfect. The edges are a little sharp, not enough to be dangerous but enough to not be comfortable. I rounded mine.A mouse pad would go great with it because its not very good for optical/laser mice.
5.0 out of 5 stars Yikes...The words Everyone Loves to see....Some Assembly Required
Quite a bit of Assembly...But , despite reviews , the Directions were Quite Good !!!a little over 30 minutes for me , and the item had All the Tools needed.!!It's a Small but sturdy , and very adjustable...I'm actually using it for my Akai MPC key 37... tiny Synth...haShould be Stellar , Very Happy on this purchase..
5.0 out of 5 stars Try it.
Rating this a five because of my following comments. I have not used this yet to rate on durability. My son put this together in about 30-45 minutes. There are quite a few boxes but a small drill (you do not need tools, it comes with some small ones) made assembly easier. Instructions were easy to follow. It’s sturdy (wood more solid than flimsy), the wheels lock and unlock, both tables can be together to make a longer table or separate. The main pole allows you to adjust its height. The longer table fits a traditional sized laptop or iPad with the larger screen. The small table, as pictured, can also adjust height separately. There are two knobs under each table so that you may tilt them to the left or right. I have comfy chairs in my office and want people to have a small table to type or write on when we have meetings.
1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap and short
Too small, too short, wheels and table top cheaply made. Max height is only 27" even with it not screwed down to hold in place. Barely fits my laptop on main table. And does not fit above or under any of my chairs to be able to properly work on the laptop.
2.0 out of 5 stars Parts bent or welded crooked.
This product is not well made. Its proportions are for a doll house. The welded area will become detached if you attempt to straighten it. Buyer be ware. Not a great value for your money. Parts were present, but the main assembly was crooked.
3.0 out of 5 stars Does the job, but cheap quality
Does the job, but cheap quality. Table does not sit level, missing weld on leg at the bend point. Fixed leg with some self drilling screws and a 90 degree bracket. Unlevel table is not worth stressing about so just dealing.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect little desk
So I almost never add photo reviews but I thought this one deserved it.I work from home right now and I have an office with a large desk, but in the living room I had no way to comfortably work. I didn’t want to spend a lot of get something large that wasn’t easy to stow away after work hours and so I eventually found this and gave it a shot. It’s perfect for a 15” laptop. I have a hard time imagining a better solution that uses the same amount of space. The rolling wheels lock and are fairly sturdy. On the wooden base I place a small battery bank with outlet so I can move this anywhere without needing to be plugged into a wall- and it also adds weight and makes the base extremely sturdy. I recommend using it to store something like this (or even a desktop computer). Also, I didn’t see this mentioned in the listing so I took photos to show it- below the wooden top there are several hooks for holding and sorting cables. I was so stoked to find those as I have a lot of cables and they’re such a pain to keep organized. How you see it here is how I use it daily and I love it!The top can raise and lower far beyond what I need, and the ability to control the tilt of the two sections of the top separately is also really useful to me. I can have my coffee next to me nice and level, but still have my laptop tilted at a comfortable angle. For the price, I don’t think any complaint I see in these comments is warranted. If you sit on the top, I can imagine it’s possible to bend it. But if you’re using it like normal, I don’t see that happening to a non defective product.I’m more than happy with this.
