Purchased this item to be able to monitor blood pressure at home. The nurse at my doctor's office suggested a wrist unit since I told her I really hated the cuff around the upper arm since I felt sometimes it got too tight and that I thought that might make my blood pressure go up.The Oklar Blood Pressure monitor came quickly and the instructions were simple and easy to follow. Had the unit charged and ready to go within a few hours. Love that it will keep readings and that you can set two different users.Monitor works great and I get consistent readings everyday. The speak feature is great for those who have low or no vision. The carrying case makes it super convenient to store. All in all this is a super great product that I think helps monitor your blood pressure at home and the price was super affordable.

I have been using this product for a few days know. Its been a great product and very accurate. The readings are accurate with a clear display, and a comfortable cuff. The battery is long-lasting and fast-charging. I like its features, the product size and the box it comes in is nice and can be easily stored in my medicine cabinet or purse.

Monitor is easy to use, unlike the pump up monitors. Reads accurate readings. Small in size. Like the case that monitor stores in. Also like that it is rechargeable. Great monitor for the price. Good purchase.

The Oklar Wrist Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is great, convenient, accurate and easy to use. This wrist type blood pressure monitor is much easier and quicker to use that a traditional blood pressure cuff intended to be used on the upper arm. The Oklar Wrist blood pressure monitor is easy to use and does not require you to take sweaters or sweatshirt off to get an accurate reading. The digital readout a large and easy to read and there is even a talking feature that announces your results. I like my Oklar wrist blood pressure monitor much better than my older model which only works on your upper arm. I would recommend the Oklar blood pressure monitor to everyone, it simplifys your life and allows to you take reading more ofter because it is so easy and automatic.

I purchased this product for my 83 year old mother who loves it! Easy to use and accurate. Lightweight and comes with a nice travel case which makes it easy to take with her on any trips. She also loves that there are no batteries required.

This blood pressure machine is amazing, it speaks to you and reads the numbers out loud. It is easy to see in the screen because the numbers are big enough and it has a history button where you can go back and check your previous numbers. It works great. I would definitely recommend for the price.

I'm thrilled with my purchase of the Oklar BP Digital Cuff Monitor. I keep it in my bedside table as it is so compact. It's very easy to use and most importantly, easy to read with the large digital display. To top it off, and my favorite feature, is the Voice Broadcast of the results of the reading. So cool! I would even gift this to family and friends as it is a true helpful and well designed monitor.

It is truly a handy device due to its small size and quick accessibility, although I am not sure about its level of accuracy because the BP readings are always higher than the readings I get with other Blood Pressure Monitors, such as the Generation Guard GM-800A. Moreover, the female voice emitted by this particular device I received is a bit to low and, apparently, cannot be changed.
