The Dynamic Patella Knee Stabilizer features universal left and right pull-tab buttresses that helps stabilize the kneecap to reduce knee pain or discomfort and promote proper alignment during movement. It is crafted with a breathable 3/16” latex-free neoprene, a round patella opening for stable knee positioning, and interior sharkskin strips that help prevent the brace from moving or sliding down. Our versatile K44 patella stabilizer brace is PDAC-approved under recommended HCPCS codes L1832 or L1833. It is available in a variety of sizes and provides reliable knee compression while at home or during errands as your knee joint or patella recovers from instabilities, mild sprains or injuries. Care Instructions To clean the knee support brace, hand wash using mild soap and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and allow the product to air dry. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals. I follow the instruction with measurement, and ended up with a Large.It's definitely quite large and clunky. I can slip my leg into it right off the bag.It's easy to put on - basically adjust the ring to the kneecap (also the kneecap ring inside is adjustable), then tighten the strips to the desired position.When I got up and walk, the kneecap lost support - center becomes shallow, detached from the skin. The strips just merely keep the brace on, but not quite have supported the knee.Not sure how others manage to get it to fit, but I like the flexibility of the ring in the center.

I'm reviewing New Options Sports Dynamic Patellar Stabilizing Knee Brace with Pull-Tab Buttresses, Made in the USA, Medium.This brace gives just the support I'm looking for. I walk 5 miles several times a week and have found the support of a knee brace to be helpful.It's long and a bit on the bulky side, so it gets warm to wear in the hot summer weather, so I'll use it more when the cool weather comes this fall.I measure on the border between a medium and large size so tried the medium. It's a good fit. There are several Velcro straps that help adjust for size and keep things snug.As a side note, this New Options Sports Dynamic Patellar Stabilizing Knee Brace is made in the USA.

Not as uncomfortable as other knee braces I've tried. Good quality materials. Protective but not total restriction. Recommended.

So the tightness is only there when walking or sitting but standing and laying down it's fine, its more of a pinch like tightness than anything. Aside from that it's really nice to wear, I'm hoping it'll loosen up and feel better over time.

The media could not be loaded. As a person that had delt with knee trouble basically all my life, I welcome these innovations. Great support for your patella, it's a little bulky but still has a comfort feeling once you strap in. Great for any activity where you need extra support.
