So far this is working fantastic. Takes a little bit to get it set up correctly in the helmet but once you do so far it has been flawless. My music and phone calls are absolutely crystal clear as if I have the phone right up to my ear and probably better.So far I've called several people using it and they were shocked that I was actually on my bike, my ebike at the time going 25 miles per hour and they didn't hear any noise or sounds of cars going by me. I could hear them perfectly fine and there was no breaks in the connection or anything.One other thing I love about it so far is that pairing is fantastically easy. I just turned it on and within about 2 seconds it's already paired with my phone once my Bluetooth is on and it stays that way. Works better than any of the two different sets of earbuds that I have. The microphone works beautifully as well and even my daughter was shocked cuz she thought I had the phone up to my head. In fact I am writing this entire review using speech to text with the helmet on right now using the system.I also love the lights on the side that you can customize as well as the two different mounting options. I ended up using the velcro which is very strong and so far it is holding on beautifully. The unit seems well made and well designed and you can disconnect it from the mounting bracket and unplug the speaker and my cables easily so that you can charge it and then reconnect it with no problem. Hopefully it will hold up for a while but so far this is absolutely a fantastic deal especially for the price, love it. Before I was constantly sticking my small Bluetooth in my ear to be able to listen to music or make phone calls while riding. I often had to stop as most said they couldn't hear me with the wind noise or other sounds, but with this system I no longer have any problem. Just pop on my helmet, turn it on and if it's at night turn on the dancing lights, slide my phone in the mount and I'm ready to ride. Awesome.Would gladly buy it again and recommend it to a friend, in fact I have one friend that is looking to even buy a motorcycle helmet for his E-bike just so he can use this system.

The media could not be loaded. Bluetooth connects great, fits hjc helmet easy, volume is plenty loud even on my harley except for super highway speed. Battery seems to last great.Super cheap option if you want music in your helmet but don't want to deal with earbuds or talk with your buddies running sena's.Only thing I haven't tested is the mic, as I use these for music only, mostly on my klr while I'm tooling around.

This thing installs easy although I've installed ones before so I kinda already knew what to do. The sound though. It's not at all as loud as I feel like it should be. The sound is clear, but the volume is weak. Battery is good. I ride to work everyday and use it for about 15 mins each way and haven't charged it since I bought it a week or so ago. It's hard to change volume sometimes as the volume up button is hard for me to get to while riding, but maybe it's just a me thing. Sometimes it calls people when I haven't done anything to do that, but the calls are good. No complaints of wind noise or not hearing me and I can hear them fine as well.

I love this for my helmet. I installed it Myself, was pretty easy and straightforward. It’s nice when going down the highway and you can actually hear your music. I also have used the phone function once or twice and the sound quality is pretty good

I purchased this so I can answer phone calls, listen to my GPS apps, and listen to music low enough to still hear surrounding vehicles.I’m reluctant to buy cheaper products in fear of getting something that’ll be a waste of money. But this actually surprised me in a great way.Cons: it doesn’t come with instructions, but YouTube always has tutorial videos on how to install most headsets.Pros: The sound is more than loud enough in a full-face helmet.I like that you get plenty of 3m mounting Velcro. I had left over Velcro 3m pads when I was finished installing everything.The calls are clear. I went out and rode around and my wife called me. She said she couldn’t hear the wind and could hear my voice like any other phone call.The led lighting on the Y20 is actually pretty cool. At night it could double as a way to get other drivers to notice you.It arrives with a clip on mount for the helmet, but the way the padding is on my helmet there wasn’t a way that was going to work. Luckily that can be removed by pinching the metal inward and pulling it out. Then the mount can be secured to the helmet with either 3m mounting tape that’s cut out to show you exactly where it fits on the mount, or you can use the Velcro pads that come with product.I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Build quality good and sound quality also good but all of the sudden out of no where when you switch it on it started greeting you in Chinese. It was in English before. There is no option to switch it back to English.

Hearing quality was fussy & was very hard to pair with phone, it didn't have the functionality that I was looking for.

I cannot afford alot but I can honestly say this is one of the worse head sets I have had ever ....battery lasts 5 hours max !! Sound quality is not the best...the sticky pads for mouth peice don't stick well at all....avoid in my honest opinion...only reason I cannot send back is because I damaged the box

The installation was handy , the sound is fantastic , call taking is easy and clear as hell. I will use this mainly for listening to podcasts riding across Europe . I’ve paid hundreds for these in the past and this is as good as any of them.
