The media could not be loaded. I noticed that my home when not running the AC has I higher humidity level being that I live in Florida I was concerned about mold.I have an older dehumidifier but it's very loud only has one speed and is very bulky taking up too much room and when it turns on the lights dim telling me that it's a pig on electricy.I order this Yaufey and I've been using it for a few days now and we are delighted.The unit has multiple settings for the fan speed and modes like for using it in a basement or living area we have it on sleeping area and it lowered the humidity in our master bedroom the bathroom dressing area the bedroom next to ours and it's on low.This unit is super quiet and doesn't bother us while sleeping.The video shows the sound right next to the unit which is at the bottom of our bed.The unit keeps the air moving and also acts like a night light when getting up during the night.The cord is plenty long enough to be used in other areas where your outlet isn't right next to it.The water reservoir is a very comfortable size and is equipped with a handle making it easy to control when emptying.We are so impressed with this so far that we already ordered and received a second unit for another part of our home today and can't wait to try it but we are waiting the 24 hrs so that the refrigerant oil can settle from shipping as we did with the first unit.Very Important! For a long service life.Be patientI would definitely recommend and another plus if you register your unit they give you an extra year warranty.At the price point the functionality and the two year warranty wow! I read a lot of reviews and what I read about this company's customer service is far superior to others that have purchased at big box stores that have you go back to the manufacturer and to get a run a round and have you jump through hoops.Try one they offer a good return policy so if you don't like it send it back I don't think you can go wrong

The media could not be loaded. I bought this dehumidifier mainly to use in my basement in the summers and so far it is working flawlessly. It is pretty much set it and forget it which is exactly what I wanted. You can set customize your setpoint desired and you can also use the pre-set options for humidity levels provided. One of our initial concerns was noise and aesthetics but this is very modern and sleek and it is also very quiet. It’s very convenient to be able to see the humidity on a digital display facing you and also have a visual guide for the water level if you use the tank. Emptying the tank is also very easy, the handle provided makes it very user friendly. Lastly one of the big selling points is the customer service. Whether it’s a question or warranty issue, they are world-class. They are respectful, polite, and patient and have no problem with multiple forms of communication. You can tell they pride themselves in customer service and they don’t make you jump through hoops. I would definitely recommend this dehumidifier to anyone that is looking, you can’t go wrong.

I bought the Yaufey 150 Pints Dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air in my basement. The unit was easy to set up and worked well at the onset, greatly reducing the humidity in the air. I was very pleased with the product. However, after 4-5 months, it was no longer removing the moisture from the air. Emailing to Yaufey to resolve the issue was met with a response in less than 24 hours. They were clear in their responses and are willing to take care of the problem with a free exchange after this review. The reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the product failing. I do wish that there was a longer window for free replacement after 30 days due to the cost of the unit.

Ordered via Bolo, received within 3 days. I could tell from the moment I unpacked it that it is a quality item. Well made and easy to move around (it's on wheels) My old unit died out, so my basement, which is always battling humid conditions, was without a working dehumidifier for about 4 days. This unit got to work as soon as I started it up, and in about 2 hours (on the lowest setting, mind you) my entire basement went from 70% humidity down to 45%. I'm very impressed with: how easy it is to operate, the different settings that are available, the low-noise level and most importantly, how well it works. Overall, It's a quality item that works as advertised, well worth the money. I'm really glad I bought it.

The dehumidifier works well in our basement which is about 20 feet by 10 feet. It’s pretty light weight and stores water well. We have it on a continuous run and we can tell the humidity in the basement is lower. Customer support is professional and easy to communicate with.

2500 sq ft is... optimistic to say the least but this unit does a great job for its size. My basement has proven to be far too humid and I was starting to worry about mold becoming a problem. So far this has brought my RH down from an alarming 70%+ to a much healthier sub-50%. It still seems to be slowly dropping so it will likely get even lower than that as everything in the basement dries out. Its also pretty quiet and doesn't use much powerI will say that the on board water storage capacity is a joke, you will fill it in less than a day easily operating in high humidity environment. A different drainage solution is a must. I have mine draining into a 5 gal bucket, which this unit fills every 3-5 days depending on humidity levels. I have mine in a basement so I don't care about aesthetics but this is something to consider before purchasing, I will probably switch to a AC condensation pump setup long term at some point but this works for now.As impressed as I am with the performance of this unit, if you live in a high humidity location like the American south and have a large area to dehumidify then you may want to consider something bigger
Great dehumidifier
Bought this for our crawl space but tried it on the main floor first. Everything was easy to hook up and loved the fact a drain hose was included with it. i was amazed at the amount of water it removed from the air in one hour. Then moved the unit into the crawl space where it has worked without problems. Definitely would recommend this product, easy to move and hook up. A five star product indeed!
A Great Product
I bought this dehumidifier for the bunkie at our cottage. The bunkie is 380 square feet, and sits on a cement pad at ground level.The dehumidifier was super easy to set up, feels solid and is well made.The manual is as easy to read and follow as the dehumidifier is to operate.I love the simple clean lines of the dehumidifier and the compact size makes it fit easily into your living space.The humidity in the bunkie registered 76% when I turned on the dehumidifier. It is now 50%. It has been running for two weeks and draining through the drain hose into the shower.At this point, I feel confident in recommending this humidifier. I plan to order a bigger one for the main cottage.
Works Very Well
This is my second review. My first was just just a preliminary one. I've used this dehumidifier now for almost 1 month...constantly. I am amazed at how much water it collects! It stops working and the red light indicates it needs to be emptied. Emptying is so easy! Once the tray is put back, the machine starts immediately. I have not yet cleaned the filter. It suggests doing so after 1 month. Hopefully, it will also be a simple process and that this dehumidifier will continue to amaze me.
Small, but powerful device, a great buy!
I’ve been using this for over a year now, and it’s been a solid little device that has kept my basement bone dry.The dehumidifier has a series of great features;- easy to setup and get running in a couple clicks- has the option of both bucket and hose for water dispersement- it’s super - extremely - quiet, I couldn’t believe it.If you need a good, small, but powerful and quiet unit, this one is for you.They also have exceptionally responsive and helpful customer support, what’s not to love?
