I ordered these to use as whitening trays. It is easy to heat the tray and mold to your teeth. You can even trim with scissors any parts that are too long. I’ve used trays like this before, so I knew how to mold them. If you’re unsure, watch some YouTube videos on how to do it. These trays work fine as whitening trays on an adult. Would order again.

I received a pair of mouth guards from Genkent, initially thinking they were part of a whitening kit. It turns out these are just to make trays (that can be used for whitening purposes with appropriate gel). I used a thermometer to try to target the proper immersion temperature (about 170 F) and found I really needed to try forming one tray at a time to focus my efforts. Fortunately, these can be trimmed with kitchen shears and then softened with water to tweak the fit.

The product cut my grandson's mouth and couldn't use the product. Also, no return or refund available. I didn't know this, if I would've I wouldn't have purchased it. Very unsatisfied!

Set of two. Dental Guards. Tray for various things. Tray for whitening. Tray for teeth grinders. I got these to try for teeth grinders. My dentist tells me I needed mouth guards due to grinding teeth. Saw these so I thought I would try them.

My husband has worn a night guard for many years to control grinding, and has used a double-sided type (top and bottom). He gave this a try and said:"I was skeptical about switching to a single guard, but it's worked out great. It was easy to mold, though I needed to use a slotted spoon to boil it. It was easier to form, and it protects just a well for the grinding. I was worried that I would throw it at night, but it stays in place just fine. It's easier to rinse in the morning, and smaller overall. I wouldn't use it as a sport guard, but I'm going to switch over. I'll want to trim the next one a bit better after I mold it, but there weren't any sharp edges to bother me once I got smooth cuts on the thing."

Always need these as I grind my teeth in my sleep. These are mostly the same as others and a good value as a 4 pack, but 2 adult size & 2 kids size.. very basic, heat in hot water, pop into mouth and suck excess water & air out, then let it dry..It comes with only 1 case even though 4 mouth guards.. but overall a good value..

Grinder
I'm a heavy grinder. I grind through every gaurd but for this price and the amount it's perfect and stands up well. Easy to mold .
Déçu mais heureuse d'avoir essayé.
Je voulais essayer si j'aimerais l'avoir toute la nuit . Un peu épaisse. Difficile de garder la bouche fermée et ne pas baver. Lol. Celui du dentiste vaut 950.00 alors je ne me le procurait pas, vue mes essais avec celui-ci.

Had no problem getting them molded to my teeth and I don't find them uncomfortable at night
