I was really looking forward to trying out the Whoop Ultra-Comfortable Sleep Mask, particularly because of its flat closure and the fact that it doesn't have a looping strap. I've had trouble with other masks where the plastic piece for the loop keeps turning and doesn't stay in place. Unfortunately, while the closure on this mask is good and the best part about it, I encountered some issues with the mask itself. The part that sits on your face is too hard and presses uncomfortably, and the edges feel like hard plastic, giving it more of a ski mask vibe than a cozy sleep mask. Additionally, at least on me, it will let in light on the sides. So, despite my initial excitement, I'll be returning it.

Around my eyes it’s soft but the leather or whatever the product is around the outside edges is to hard to be comfortable for me

Sleep masks, really depending on your facial shape. For me this mask is so effective — no other face mask I use creates such a good seal and stays on me throughout the night.In terms of comfort, it did take me a couple of nights to get used to it, but once I figured out the right positioning, it’s my favorite eye mask, and I use a lot of masks all the time.

Ordered one through whoop in February which lasted until april now despite having an active membership whoop has refused to message back about that one that fell apart at the seams

Works if you have it on and are in just the right sleep position like on you back and never move.Blocks out most of light but not a full blackout mask. Not really worth the price. More like a 20 dollar or less mask.

Be warned that this mask has a plastic rim edge that digs into your forehead while you sleep. I had marks for the first 2 hrs of my day after waking up with it.
