I used to keep all this top rack stuff that always comes out of the dishwasher wet on a kitchen towel that I traded out here and there. This stone mat is a nice replacement. The size is good and the stone dries fast. I’m not sure if things dry faster on it? I can’t tell. Definitely watch out for dripping anything with color on here because it does stain. But I love that there are two in the box, so there’s an extra when it’s time eventually to replace this one. I thought about trying it as a bath mat? It says though not to put anything heavy on it, and I don’t know what’s too heavy lol. So it’ll stay as a kitchen back up for now.

HI, Me and my daughter run a dog treat business out of my house for now, so we do an incredible amount of dishes, we had another 1, just couldn’t do the job , this one so far has been sucking it up in a good way. I hate how they feel, they make my blood run cold, but they do the job they are meant to.

I wanted a stone drying mat to place next to my sink and this is PERFECT for that. Its super absorbent and I love that it came with two so I could use the second one for my bathroom. Great quality and not a bad price!

So this is a very unusual drying mat but I have to say that I loved that it came with two. They were packaged in styrofoam and seemed in tact. I could see this being fragile though as I am sure if I dropped it on the floor it might break. That said, so far so good. It seems to be absorbing water nicely and I am pleasantly surprised. It is much larger than our last normal drying mat was and at first I wasn't sure it would fit, but it does. I like that there is another one for backup once we are done using this one. I have yet to see how long it lasts because I have never used this type of drying mat. It is really nice. It looks like soft marble and is definitely chalky to the touch but doesn't rub off too much on your hands like I would think it would. I am a fan of using diatomaceous earth on my garden and around the house so this new way of using It is great. I definitely recommend this mat and will update once I have used it up. I have no idea how long that will take.
