The media could not be loaded. I had been toying with getting this for awhile. I bought the 9" and am very happy with it. I can send 2 embossing folders through at the she time. I can also, do many die cuts at once. Spend the extra, its worth it! One run through cutting and embossing. Super easy to use. Love it!I searched the internet for all kinds of hints and tricks to help me. I'm glad I did!I have a problem with wear and tear on the things I own so I search for ways to delay it. One tip I found to avoid a marked up plate was to use a cutting mat (the dollar tree mats are too soft and don't work) to stop the etching in the plates when die cutting. But the cutting mats are too thick to use all the plates provided.So through some experimenting I found what works for me. I layer my plates like this... All this will depend on the thickness of your cutting mat.1. 13mm plate2. 2mm plate (I think switched #'s 2 and 3 in the video 😉. It works either way)3. $Tree chopping mat, cut to match the other plate sizes4. Self healing cutting mat5. Paper6. Cutting die7. $ Tree chopping mat, cut to match size of plates8. 3mm plate.I don't use the second 3mm plate.For embossing I layer my plates the same as cutting dies but I don't use the self healing cutting mat. 13mm, 2mm, chopping mat, Embossing folder, chopping mat, 3mm. Again, I don't use the second 3mm plate.You won't regret this purchase.

This is a great die cutting machine. I was hesitant to buy it, but I have been searching for a 9inch die cutter machine that wasn't going to break my bank. I made my choice on this one because of the reviews. I was debating on another one that looks exactly like this one but the reviews on this one was better. I purchased it and I'm so happy I did. The space is so much more I had a 6inch one for a very long time so the extra space is so nice. It cuts precisely and so well. You don't need to so much pressure while turning the handle, its so much smoother than my 6inch. I would highly recommend if your lookin to buy a die cutting machine. I also selected this one because I am a bit limited on space and I can close and put it away and it fits in craft cabinet just fine.

Just one month ago on July 11 2024 I bought this machine for the 2nd time. The picture above with the crack in it is the base plate. I looked everywhere I could think of online to try to purchase another plate, since everything else is still good, to no avail. The reason I bought a 2nd one of this model is that may e eventually I would find a base plate to replace it, and either sell it, or keep it as a spare. Everything is fine with the prior machine except for the base plate. It became so cracked that it eventually just fell apart. I thought that maybe if I was more gentle with the new one that it wouldn't happen again. The new one I have isn't even a month old, has been used a lot less than my first one, and it cracked a little while ago anyhow. To say the least I'm so upset. Between this machine and my Circuit I am trying to start a little Etsy store to sell greeting cards, so I'm dependent on this machine right now. I finally wrote to Bolo because it's just ridiculous for this to happen so quickly again. I'm waiting on their reply, and I hope the issue will be resolved, and I can come back here with an update! If you're thinking about buying one of these I would take into consideration the trouble both of these has caused me!

I wish just like Bolo dot in there was a provision to upload photos and videos to the reviews here... anyway, the product is just AMAZING. I was skeptical about the "embossing" job after reading some reviews and that was the first thing I tried after receiving it. Whatever platforms and embossing plate was received with the die cutting machine, doesn't work for embossing. I had to use a cutting mat in the sandwich replacing one of the acrylic plate.Pros: ✅️Embossess perfectly... A full sized A4 size paper effortlessly slides through the sandwich. As shown in the picture - an A4 size embossing sheet, A4 colored sheets, 1 SMALL butterfly die cut + 1 floral die cut and clear rubber stamps received. I'm very ❤️❤️ satisfied with what I received for AED 418. Huge but can be folded when not in use, thereby minimising the space occupancy.Cons: ❌️The acrylic sandwich plates are very fragile and delicate. They can break easily.Also, after every die cut they leave a mark on the acrylic plate. BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO TRY DIE CUTTING if you are skeptical about keeping it.HEAVY (of course it need to be to get the perfect results) - so better be ready to allot a permanent space for this gentle giant.
