When mine originally arrived, the remote that came with it was defective and basically unusable. After contacting their support team, they were able to help get a replacement remote sent out at no extra cost to me, which arrived much faster than expected, and now that I've been able to test out all of the functions on the device I can confirm that it's amazing. The heat is strong, the fan cools the area quickly, and the unit in general is very quiet. Excellent deal for the price with a great support team!

I’m really glad I bought this, nice and quiet. Easy to clean and no issues trying to find a spot for it, not like the fans with blades. Does have a remote, you don't have to get up to move it. Actual size worth the money and great performance for cold and hot.
1.0 out of 5 stars Stopped working completely after 9 months
The media could not be loaded. Worked when Initially purchased. Stopped working fully after 9 months.Initially when I purchased this it was a god send, truly what we needed for our home. It was great, an air filter, heater, and fan all with an oscillating feature. Unfortunately we used this regularly and we noticed that once we started leaving it on fan mode, oscillating it would automatically shut off. We thought we had accidentally set a time on on it but it wasn't. We can use the oscillating feature anymore without it turning off within the first few minutes. I have changed the air filter, reset the device, unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still doesn't resolve the issue. All in all not worth it if it can't do what it is supposed to do.The heating function of the fan worked for a few more months but it has completely stopped working and won't even turn on when plugged in.

I'm very satisfied with this fan. Good power. Excellent ease of use.Most importantly, to me, was the Customer Service.After searching Bolo and the Internet, I was unable to find the proper replacement HEPA filter; the size listed in the product description was too large. A lengthy call to Bolo Customer Service proved to be no help, the agent struggled to find the correct filter- offering me 2 different ones that did not fit.As a last resort, I contacted the manufacturer for guidance. I explained that the filter they suggested was incorrect and that the proper filter was not available. When they realized the error, they contacted me to let me know that they would put the correct filter on Bolo within 4 weeks. 2.0 out of 5 stars Fan is seemingly possessed 6 months in.
The fan worked perfectly at first. It really helped circulate the air in my room, it wasn’t too loud, and its heating feature helped a lot in the winter. The problem is within the last month, it has started changing modes on its own. It will change the power setting for the fan, turn on and off the rotation and even switch back and forth from heat and cooling completely randomly and on its own. I’ll be relaxing and suddenly I’ll hear a beep and my fan is suddenly turning away from me or suddenly heating up my room despite it being summer.

First the cons: I didn't really care for the signature required or as for what the seller set to Bolo driver customer needs a passcode to enter before accepting the delivery and you need to be home to get your package, every customers have different neighborhoods maybe convenient for others but hassle for some like me, just leave at door I have a security camera with notification. Lastly, is how to access the filter for when it's time to replace, needs a better way to remove, you will need to hold with both sides of your feet wearing a shoe or slippers with rubber for grip to the bottom part of the heater then twist the top part of the heater to open and get access to the filter. Better access to the filter is needed, a sliding door or a snap on door is better. Update on pros at a later date once I start for the first time.Final Update; just tried out and returning due to remote functions not working and there is no temperature setting like showing 65 degrees and so on, it's only mode #s you have to figure out and also it's in Celsius not Fahrenheit.

Love the fan. CAN'T GET REPLACEMENT FILTER. NO CUSTONER SERVICE LINK I COULD SEE. NO ON ELSE MAKES THIS SIZE. I tried close size from another vendor, but the interior of the filter was too small. They advise out of stock and don't know if they will stock anymore.EDITED: Vendor got fans on site. I placed order and expect delivery in about two weeks.
