No customer support, mouse side panel creaking so bad. Pre travel on right click and grip tape is so easy to get stain. Mouse really feels cheap made. Be careful

I have been through just about every gaming mouse out there over the years, and this is definitely one of the nicer options out there. The shape is extremely comfortable and reminds me of a slightly larger viper mini. The clicks are very crisp and break cleanly with almost no pos/pre travel. The sensor is flawless and has worked without any hiccups on every surface I have tested. There have been no issues with connections in any way. There is no dedicated software, but the mouse is actually setup very well right out of the box. For the price this is pretty much unbeatable, and it has become one of my go to mice.

It was good for a bit but the scroll wheel button broke fairly quickly as I use it a lot in every game I play. I had another one too that was given to me and that one had scroll wheel problems too so it might be a more common issue. If you’re planning on getting this mouse make sure the scroll wheel button works correctly, if not return it.

I honestly wish I had gotten this in one of the more colorful options, because this mouse has been amazing. I've used several big name brands before, all wireless, and this one is just as good as those ones but half the price. I love how lightweight it is, it's sensitive, doesn't come with ridiculous bulky software or constantly have updates.It's easy to use and ready to plug and play. The battery life is great - I honestly just let it die and plug it in for about 45 minutes and it's ready to go again, wirelessly. You can still use it even when it's charging, though so there's never any downtime. I've been using it for gaming, but can definitely see this being a good work mouse too.

Qualidade incrivel, a bateria dua dias, simplesmente incrivel se puder compre, vc n vai se arrepender, leve, rapido, desliza até no pior mousepad.

O produto tem um unboxing que impressiona. Ao primeiro contato achei que a qualidade do plástico não fosse tão boa, em comparação ao meu Orochi V2 da Razer. Mas depois de 1 dia de uso percebi que ele cumpre ao que se propõe: pois é muito leve; tem uma boa economia de energia; tem uma boa estética e acabamento; e ótima fluidez nos movimentos, tanto na mão quanto no cursor após configurado.OBS: Seu bluetooth não funcionou no meu PC, que tem adaptador apenas 5.0. Provavelmente ele funciona apenas em Bluetooth's 5.1 ou mais atuais, foi a mesma coisa com meu Razer.OBS2: Seu aplicativo inicia a instalação do firmware com instruções em chinês. Quando ele iniciar essa instalação o mouse não moverá o cursor, e por conta de falta de aviso as pessoas podem achar que deu erro, mas é só aguardar a instalação, demora mesmo. Após isso, o app fica em inglês.No mais, ótimo produto na faixa dos R$290, vale muito a pena! E ainda chegou uns 10 dias antes do prazo!

Um ótimo mouse pelo valor dele, mesmo dentro dos vários mouses chineses o m800 ainda é um ótimo custo beneficio, na versão ultra ainda. Apesar de não acompanhar o conector pra 4k de polling rate, ainda possui um dos melhores se não o melhor sensor de mouses sem fio da atualidade. Então ao meu ver é um excelente mouse aprimorando o clássico m800 em sua foram "suprema" por assim dizer.
