I bought this product because I am disabled. I can't screw in screws under the cabinets of my apartment, so I put the velcro on the light fixture and then put it under the cabinet. Voila! I have lights under my cabinets! This velcro stuff has very good glue and can be cut to size.

The adhesive is weak and doesn't hold well. Things fell within the hour.They are easy to use and the size is great but for no reason as they don't serve their purpose.
