I have been taking nattokinase and serrapeptase for over 8 years since I had a stent put near my heart. A followup recent heart catheterization found that the old blockage is still fine and a 60% blockage I had before but they decide no stent is now below 20%. I don't know if the enzymes were what helped or my dropping 40lbs. But I am still taking the enzymes just in case.NatureBell is a reasonably priced, quality product.

Mar 13, 2024 update: One pill doesn't work for me. I am taking 2 per day and it's helpful. I'm dropping my rating to 4 stars because it's advertised as one pill per day. If you update your description to say something like "One pill is typically all you need, but some customers find two a day to be safe and more helpful." - then I will return my rating to 5 stars. My concern is that perhaps it's not healthy to be using 2 per day? Also, if I'm eating more dairy or junk food, can I safely take 3 in one day?Jan 10, 2024: I've only been using it for one day and I feel about 50%. Could be better, but these things take some time to try out.I'll let you know soon. I will drop it down to 4 stars if it's not good. This is the 4th digestive enzyme I've tried, so I feel like I can give objective criticism if needed.

We have recently cut down on grocery spending, so I've been buying beans for our protein. Only downside is beans contain Oligosaccharides that the body can't digest. You end up having those kinds of farts that aren't even satisfying. Its just like you keep tooting and then your stomach is still hurting. No relief at all. WELL, when I take these digestive enzymes I don't have any gas or digestive upset. It's a miracle worker. They don't taste like anything and are easy to swallow. They help me during that "time of the month" when I usually have a lot of .. let's say gastric emptying. I have less bloating. It's like I'm actually living in those tampon commercials where they're doing somersaults and climbing mountains on their period.
