I love these bands. I use them daily. I'm still experimenting but they are great for warming up the joints before the actual workout and as a main element in the workout.

Pros: Very simple and useful. Closed loops seem to be able to do everything open-ended bands do -- and more. These loops are 41.5" long (83" in circumference), which seem to be a good length for doing resistance training by themselves without fussing with anchors or other equipment. And they also seem useful when anchored. The set is lightweight and compact. The entire set weighs 2 pounds 3 ounces and fits into a box the size of a dictionary, 9.25' x 6" x 2.75".Cons: Measured resistance doesn't correlate well with advertised resistance. See my accompanying resistance measurements. A weakling like me needs more bands in the low-force range. Measured with a portable luggage scale, the resistance of the green loop is about twice that of the black loop. I need one that's halfway in between.The table shows the resistance in pounds of each of the three weakest bands when stretched by one, two, three, and four feet, as compared to the advertised range of resistance. The photos also show my measurement setup and its details. They show the product's box so this review doesn't get confused with reviews of similar products.Unknown: Durability. (I've used them only a few times so far.)

If you need tension bands for your exercise program, these are quite good ones. No bells and whistles, very simple, but well made, sturdy and in an appropriate range of tensions. I'm quite satisfied.

This is the first set of resistance bands that I have purchased and hopefully will be the last. They work well and I have been using them steadily for 5x a week for about an hour a day. They are easy to attach to anchors, doors, wallas, etc. The variety is weights is great for a variety of routines, levels of strength and endurance. Well built and high quality for the price that you pay. I usually use gloves which makes it easier on your hands. A welcome addition to the garage gym.

Oddly, the blue and green WSAKQUE bands were both cut too narrow, for the entire band length. This made me suspicious about their strength. When comparing to the LEEKEY bands, The blue (35-85 lb) resistance band was about 1/4" narrower. The Green (25-65 lb) band was about 1/8" too narrow. So I'm going to have to return them. The narrower width doesn't feel as strong as another one I own, plus the extra narrow width cuts the back of my knee when I use it for Physical Therapy. I'm unsure if a new set would be cut any differently. Hopefully they're consistent, even if band width isn't properly represented. I also like some things about the WSAKQUE bands. 1) they don't show any seams 2) the manufacturer name isn't on the bands. I would suggest something in addition to cutting the bands more precisely: why not put the restraint weight range on the bands, unless it would wear off? Nobody seems to do this, and it would help a lot, especially since only the box (which gets thrown out) tells me the resistance ranges.
