Too early to really tell...I've only been taking them for 5 days, but so far they seem to be making a difference in my appetite. I don't care for capsules because they sometimes get stuck. To combat that problem, I drink a couple of swallows of water, take the capsule then drink the rest of the water; so far so good! I'll have to review again after a month to see if/how much weight I've lost!!

I was so hopeful that this would work. It might work if it would dissolve. But it doesn’t. I put capsule in water and it just sits there. I don’t want to elaborate on why I tried to dissolve in water. But I’m hoping you can guess. Maybe a liquid form would be better.

What I really like about this GLP, is that it works, taken correctly, your appetite is definitely suppressed, you eat less, with absolutely no jittery feeling. Easy to take and didn’t affect my stomach, my sleep, nor any other day to day function. All the best!

So I have been taking this for 3 weeks and haven't really noticed much help other getting a really bloating feeling sometimes. I feel if I drink a glass of water before every meal give pretty much the same effect as taking 1 pill and a glass of water. It was worth a try anyway, just not for me.

I just ordered my second bottle. One thing I did notice is a little bit of new nausea, but I’m not 100% sure if this is what caused it. In the last week of use on the first bottle, I did drop 2 pounds which is an improvement. I’m getting my second bottle today and intend to give it another 30 day try

Excellent. Took a few weeks to start working; maybe 2 weeks+ but does really help curb appetite (therefore eating less = caloric deficient so hopefully on the right road to weight loss). Easy to swallow capsules is a plus and nice packaging!

I really wanted this product to work and be a great substitute for ozempic, but sadly it just wasn’t. I used the whole bottle as directed and barely saw any difference. If anything it seemed to make my stomach more bloated. It did help curb cravings a bit, but no weight loss. The worst side effect however, was the intense acne breakouts on my face, chest, and back. I have never had chest and back acne and this is the only thing that I changed so I know it caused it. Unfortunately will not be repurchasing or recommending.

I got these capsules on 10/01/24 I took them for 10 days and on the 11th day I thought I was going to die of heartburn ... It barely calmed down ... I thought, well, everything seems to have passed ... but not so!!! Now I can't eat like I used to! I have to be very careful what I put in my mouth. I have heartburn almost every day. I don't know what will happen next... and what will happen to my stomach... but I want to warn anyone who wants to use this product!!!!
