    I take pride In my Marinara Gravy (not sauce), which is an old family recipe but it takes a full day to adequately make. This Rubirosa is every bit as good. We have used it as a gravy for our manicotti and for our pasta. It is amazing how the fresh tomato taste can come from a jar. I am very impressed. I am recommending it to all our friends and family. You do need to change the label to say "Gravy." It is great, matter what you call it, though!

    By far my favorite jar sauce - I don't usually like jar sauce - I find them often too sweet, with questionable texture and just plain stale. NOT RUBIROSA - it's fresh fresh fresh - literally the closest sauce to throwing some Olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and s + P in a pan and waiting for it to reduce - PERFECT just as is, or however you like to do it , add any fresh veg, or a cut up sausage and its LOVELY. I even like to use it as an addition to my homemade lasagna sauce if I need it. LOVE! (and the Lumache is a GREAT NOODLE - that is far underrepresented in the world)

    I was recently at the restaurant on Mulberry street and was blown away by the quality of the food so I was excited when I saw you can order it on Bolo.It showed up the next day. The packaging is superb and honestly it would make the perfect gift for someone who loves to cook. The sauce was amazing! I had it for dinner last night and it brought a smile to my face each time.Excited to have the 3 bottles and well worth the price. I am going to order the Olive oil and the Marinara sauce next...
