This is small but works better than my older computer you just need to add external hard drive if you wanted more space to store your files. This mini pc comes with power cable, hdmi cable, users manual and a small wall/table mount. This is easy to set up and comes with a windows 11 Pro, i just go to Microsoft Store and downloaded more free apps and games that i needed. I got this to serve as an extra pc in my home office so my grade schooler daughter can practice her typing and some basic computer stuff. This is small and doesn't takes to much space so perfect to put it over or under your table you can use the mount that comes with it. There are 3 HDMI ports for monitor, 2 Internet Ports if you want wired internet, 1audio jack port for your headphone or speakers and 3 USB ports for your mouse and keyboard. I need 5 USB ports so i just used a portable external USB hub. If you want to use your TV as a monitor you just need to adjust the display resolution.So far this mini PC works fine, online Microsoft Office works good, streaming videos and browsing the internet you can use it wireless or wired, if you play low profile online games much better to connect it with wired internet not the wifi feature coz its faster that way.

I previously purchased the same device for my IOT/Laser/3D Printing needs and found it exceeded my needs. When my daughter need device for her school I purchased another which she uses for online studies and it works perfectly.

I am not a gamer, but for replacing old slow giant desktop computer towers for business and entertainment, these machines are fast, only draw 10-35 watts max and have a tiny footprint. Make sure you get the Intel N97 processor, which excels. This company has been stellar helping me resolve an issue, and I really appreciate Bella's help. I highly recommend buying at least (2) per household.
5.0 out of 5 stars Used as my HTPC instead of NVDIA Shield and it performs MUCH better
Was concerned about Win 11 and drivers for audio since I have a dedicated theater 4K HDR projector DENON Dolby Atmos system using KODI and it handled it all much better than the Shield and I did nothing more than apply all the windows updates and installed KODI and plug it in via HDMI to my receiver. It immediately let me pick my DENON as the output source and decoded all formats I ran through it FAST. Much nicer than the Shield and much faster.

Tried to activate the Windows 11 pro product key and it says that the code has already been used!!! There has been no response from Blackview.

Initially, Windows would not activate stating the product key was already used on another device.I messaged Blackview through Bolo link to Product support and sent a separate email with my Bolo order # directly to the "hardware and software" issue email address noted by the seller. I will update with the response & resolution time.UPDATE: Message sent to seller's hardware/software email address was answered in 24 hours with an active license prod key which worked. I would not let the initial error sway your thoughts on a purchase decision due to the speedy resolution.I have not put the computer through much testing, but so far I love the speed and the small footprint.
