The grainier texture and the natural flavor both are a lot more reminiscent of soba noodles to me than they are of spaghetti. While it does ok as a spaghetti substitute, I tried this with some more typical soba sauces and it was fantastic!

I can’t believe how good these are! I don’t eat meat and so I struggle to get protein in. This is a great way to do that. It tastes great and you can do a lot with it. Salads, pesto, tomato sauce, etc. 44 G protein!

As close to traditional pasta taste and texture as possible. We’ve been trying vegi and other replacements and this is our favorite. Takes a bit longer to cook than what’s noted on package.

This is great alternative to regular pasta if you are on a low carb diet or are a type 2 diabetic. Texture is different than regular noodles but with sauce its health and delicious. I have used for scampi, regular spaghetti sauce, and many other pasta recipes, even my picky husband enjoys eating this.

Had high hopes for this as I've eaten other gluten-free pastas before. Made my traditional tomato sauce same as I would make for regular pasta, so I know the sauce wasn't the issue. After cooking it to the manufacture's specs I finished it off in the sauce, added cheese and what I placed in my bowl was inedible. The taste, texture, everything about it was terrible. I hate to waste food, but this needed to be thrown away!

These edamame noodles are okay in a very flavorful sauce, but was a disappointment in a simple butter sauce.
