Syrup arrived in a broken bottle with product leaking all over. There is a no return/no replacement policy. I am out $22.

The bottle is not sealed. Shipper wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a box. When I received it there was syrup all over the inside of the bubble wrap, made a mess when I unwrapped it.There was a tamper seal on the cap, but apparently the cap isn't sealed well so it leaked through the tamper seal.The syrup tastes very good, but I probably won't order more after this.It would get 5 stars, but 2 stars off for failing to use a proper cap.
