The media could not be loaded. I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don't have to continually purchase batteries.

I've tried different TENS units and I think this is one of my favorites. The patterns or the frequency or whatever feels better on this. It's also VERY powerful! I think most of the time you will never get anywhere near the maximum power because it will feel too strong if you do. It's nice to have it though if you really want to turn it way up. I also think the do it yourself feature on this is really nice.I didn't find this difficult to use at all like some people have mentioned. It seemed pretty intuitive to me. I didn't even end up having to use the manual to figure it out, but the manual is pretty good if you need that.I think overall the construction of this is super solid. It doesn't feel like it's cheap at all. It's one of the better units I've ever tried in that respect.The only negative that I can say about it is I think the pads that come with it aren't very good. They lose their stickiness really fast. I don't feel that's a big issue for me at all because it uses standard pads that you can buy on Bolo anyway.Overall, this is a really thought out and well constructed unit which is very effective.

The cords that plug into the device do do not work. When plugged in the numbers won’t go up when you press the button.

There are some nice features, but I might return this. I gave my old one to my dad because it was very easy to operate, but it was 10 times more powerful. Also my old one had a huge variety of settings, as this one definitely does not. It'll work but it's not the best.

Strumento molto valido, migliore di altri più blasonati, dopo alcuni giorni di utilizzo il dolore alla spalla e gomito sono diminuiti, inoltre le patch adesive sono molto buone con un gel duraturo.

Best TENS Machine on a Budget
This is honestly one of the best TENS Machines out there at the price point. The pads that come with it are very sticky and I tend to use it quite a bit. It's battery is easily charged using the supplied USB-C cable, and lasts a long while. It's quick and easy to use, as well as being highly configureable. The nicest part about it is that unlike cheaper TENS units I've owned and tried, this machine doesn't have the "sharp-stabby" feel which I'd put down to very good power supplying and monitoring. This also goes very high and hence can help with some of the worst pain. It can be locked too, hence making this a very pocketable unit.

Zoals ik zeg na 20minuten op EMS met kracht 10 ben ik verlost van de pijn.Spijtig dat mijn reserve elektroden verloren gegaan zijn,maar nu heb ik er bij besteld.Hopend dat dit in orde komt.Groeten van Francois.
