The shilajit is very soluble and easily mix with regular drinks. I have been using it as first thing every day since delivered. It has improved my cognitive function i think and has helped in mental clarity through combination with intermittent fasting. I have no proof or observations with regards to pain relief capability though.

Have not felt much of a difference in energy levels. However I do take pre workout just about everyday. You do get a lot for the price and easy to use. Obviously this is pure so the taste is going to be a little off. No change in energy or focus that I have noticed.

Upon opening one of our two packages we found one opened as shown in the photo. Upon tasting a dot the product had a rancid taste. We immediately threw it away. Is there anyway we can receive a replacement. We really love your product.

This is the second time I purchased this product. The first time I was happy with the purchase. This time I received a box that was damaged and the seal was damaged in the container. The product did not taste right. Purchased thru Bolo and was unable to figure out how to get either a refund or a replacement. The site just sent me in circles.
