5.0 out of 5 stars These are perfect
I bought these because I had a plate put in my wrist and these are comparable to the ones in therapy. With doing the exercises at home I progressed with almost double the movement in my hand/wrist. Well worth the money
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy To Use, But a Little Hard On The Hands
I had bought these to help with my physical therapy exercises for golfers elbow. I like that the set comes with three different weight sizes, 10, 15 and 25lbs, so I can progress up in weight as I continue to increase my strength. The therabars are very easy to use and durable. I also like the fact the therabars can be used to message sore, aching muscles. On the down side, since the therabars can also be used as a messager they have hard points on both ends of the bars, making it a little uncomfortable in my hands when gripping it to excercise my wrists.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for seniors hand and wrist strength
Compact unlike my former wrist roller. No bar, rope or weights to deal with. Texture of the exercisers is really nice. Highly recommended.
5.0 out of 5 stars Versatile, Many Uses!
These Peradix Hand Grip Exercise Bars have a variety of potential uses from therapy to strengthening of your fingers, hands, wrists, forearms, elbows and even upper arms and chest. It really just comes down to being innovative and feeling the effects of various motions and maneuvers with the bars, and even the intensity level differences between the three bars. Depending on the ruggedness of your hands, you may even feel like wearing gloves with the stiffest 25lbs resistance gray bar as the texture of the handles may require a little bit of softening. For some that might even be true with the softer bars, though I find the gray one is really the only one that is a bit hard on my hands. It is a great one for really getting the work further up your arms and into your elbows and triceps, etc. Depending on your strength I recommend using the toughest bar you can, even if you do have to wear gloves. Of course the softer bars also have their benefit, allowing you to twist and bend them further, etc. They have a lot more flex with swirling them in the air from one end, also, which is an exercise you'll likely find quite effectual for both therapy and strengthening. All said, these Peradix Hand Grip Exercise Bars are pretty indestructible and should serve you well for many years to come!
5.0 out of 5 stars we call this our beat sticks.
With 3 separate "weights", these bars are very versatile. They are great back scratchers and even a great massager for the back or muscles.
3.0 out of 5 stars 3 bars of progressive resistance, which double as massage bars
What I liked: 3 bars,10, 15 & 25 LBS, give me a variety of ranges to work with. It offers me the ability to perform different exercises & movements, depending upon my need. The bars are made of sturdy material & should last for awhile. Each bar also doubles as massagers, should I want to use them in that way,3 1/2 Stars...Recommended
4.0 out of 5 stars Good for hand exercises
These definitely seem sturdy and the nubs give you something to grab onto. However, the nubs can be a little uncomfortable when you’re really working your hands.
