Five stars hands down!! Got a new job at a daycare I couldn't remember the kid's names, they kept taking off their name tags, so solved it with this! If only they mad a tool to hold the kids down (they tend to move around a bit when getting labeled), but other than that, highly recommended!

It was too difficult to troubleshoot and took way too much time trying to figure it out. I gave up. Sent it back.

Easy to learn and it’s great that is comes with a stylus. It comes with a hard case as well as a label level. Overall this is a good machine, it prints well on paper type surfaces likes looks and boxes. I have not used it on plast or other hard surfaces. But it seems like a quality device.

This label maker is so cool and has so many options and ways to get the perfect labels. It also comes with a really nice case to store it too. I'm sure this would make a lot of stores jobs easier but I like to use it for organization in my home.

This is the first time I know that a printer can be handheld. It is so convenient. The font size can be adjusted and the effect is great. This product is great.

This handheld printer is really very convenient, you can directly type the text you want on the printer, or use usb to download and pour it into the printer, easy to operate. I can use it to do logo customization service directly, the only problem is that it is difficult to grasp the angle, it is possible to type unevenly, but the free retainer can do it for me, maybe I need to use the retainer better later.
