I switched up my usual magnesium gummy to try these. Great flavor. I like the bottle shape-it has no neck for the gummies to get stuck in while dishing them out.

So I was unsure what to expect flavor-wise from these Magnesium gummies from Joyli since there is no flavor listed on the container and the listing says "unflavored". The flavor, however, was very nice. I would classify it as a light orange flavor and as a person who doesn't care for orange-flavored things I actually quite liked the flavor of these gummies. The serving size of these gummies is one gummy which is unusual giving most magnesium gummies have a serving size of 2. The magnesium glycinate in 1 gummy is 800mg. In addition to magnesium glycinate, there is 300 mg of Ashwagandha root along with B6, B12, and D3. These gummies have a nice light chew which is easy on the teeth which I love. Also, something to note is that they are vegan and are sugar free. Great Product by Joyli.

I bought these hoping they'd help me sleep but it's seems as though this has inadvertently allowed my nails to grow longer and stronger. I'll be using this for my nails from now on.

These gummy bears are pretty tasty! It doesn't have any kind of medicinal or salty taste to it, it really does taste like candy. As far as gummies go, I do think it's a more stiffer kind of chewy than leading brand gummy bear candies, which is fine for me considering it isn't actually candy. I am just trying to explain the texture since they aren't as soft as some gummies.I have been taking magnesium supplements for a while now, so I have not noticed any difference in my sleep quality since I started taking this brand. I will continue to take these and I am happy with the product. It's a tasty way to take my supplement and I prefer it greatly to swallowing a pill.

Additionally Ashwagandha can have a more pronounced effect on individuals so do some research on that particular compound and decide if it's something you want to start taking. Arjuna is also another ingredient that I have not heard of, but apparently it's basically the same as CoQ10 which is interesting. Both the Ashwagandha and Arjuna are not listed in the product name or description, so make sure you are aware of what you are consuming with this supplement before purchasing, so you can always make an informed decision on what you are ingesting.

I have been taking Magnesium Glycinate for several months now to improve sleep. I started taking these gummies about a week ago and not only do they taste good, but are effective with giving me a good night's sleep. I also feel better during the day and seem to have more energy.
