Several months ago I purchased Ashwaganda capsules from Nutricost, being an avid powerlifter and physical fitness enthusiast, recovery is one of the most important parts in my lifestyle. I found that the best thing Ashwagandha does for me is just make me feel at ease and wind down at the end of the day. I am able to fall asleep quicker and feel more refreshed in the morning. I also use their Lions Manes capsules in the morning before classes and working out for the increased alertness and focus. In combination with taking ashwagandha in the evening I feel very productive without compromising sleep quality! I like the gummies more than the capsules because I NEVER forget to take them, it’s like a little treat everyday, would not want to miss out. The gummies have a suddle apple berry flavor combined with what I could describe as slightly earthy I assume from the organic ashwaganda. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about their sleep and overall recovery.

We've been using Daily Nutra's supplements for awhile now and when I saw they had gummies I was super excited. They are bigger than I expected but it doesn't bother me at all, it was a very acquired taste at first but now it doesn't bother me and I can get hints of the apple berry flavoring. I've been taking one gummy in the morning and one at night along with my other supplements from them for a few days now and I have noticed I'm falling asleep a little bit faster than normal and actually staying asleep more than I was before. Aside from the shock of the taste at first (which I got use to super fast) I'd definitely recommend these to others

I prefer KSM-66 ashwagandha because of the science/quality behind it. Love that this in a gummy format at a good dose (300mg per gummy). Reasonable price and decent taste. Recommended!

It was probably the absolute worst tasting gummy‘s I’ve ever had. And I took the normal dose the first time, and I was up in the middle of the night losing it all.

The taste isn't horrible, but far from the best tasting gummie I have ever tried. Like with most supplements, I don't notice any difference when taking these, but hopefully they are doing their job and providing healthy benefits.

Sometimes when you have gummie supplements the flavor is gross and the consistency is odd, but these were solid. I didn’t feel like they were getting stuck in my teeth and the flavor was decent. They also worked well!
