The stain is not moisturized, but I just put on my lip balm.. I really like the color and it stays on for along time. It goes on very smoothly. (Now..to see how long it will actually last)

Admire- This is my perfect “my lips but better” color for me! I definitely wouldn’t call it a nude, it’s a cool toned mauve pink. The marker dries pretty quickly and I love that you can build the color. Once it dries it feels like nothing on my lips which I love. I’m a low maintenance lip balm girl, & I hate long wear lipstick that flakes or formulas that smear. It definitely fades over the entire day but does it in a very pretty, subtle way. It’s usually 6 or more hours before I notice any fading, and that’s with lip balm over it. Reapplying is a breeze, I just tissue off whatever is on my lips and color it back in. My one caveat is not all the shades are created equal but this on is perfect for me.

I absolutely love this and I'm getting more colors but I didn't like that it only lasts for maybe a month possibly if you're using it all the time!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😘🆒😍🤩 Besides it drying out too quickly for me it is definitely worth the money. And I'm definitely buying again. It's not sticky at all. It looks great. The wear lasts for a good minute. And the application is super easy.

Super cute lip stains! The colors came out great and as advertised. I’m not really a fan of the “pencil” design- makes it super compact but also takes more time to apply to the lip, but this also means you can have more precision when outlining and shaping. The biggest downside to this lip stain if the fact that it doesn’t really stay as long. I bought two colors for this, the darker one stays longer (of course) but the lighter one fades quickly. I think they both last me a couple of hours, but definitely not an all day thing.Overall, I would buy again because it’s super cheap, but the cost relates to it’s longevity so beware

Really disappointed in this one. The color is beautiful and it smells nice and sweet, however the applicator pen is the worst. It’s super dry and flaky, very difficult to get the color out. Reminds me of those cheap marker pens I would get as a kid, you know the ones, very dry and brittle. If only they fix the applicator, it would be a great lip tint.

I like lip stains, so I can put on color and not worry about it because my lips are so pale. It lifts my spirits. This lip stain really works. I didn't find it drying at all, but I do like stains, so I don't expect them to moisturize. Put this on, let it dry (it's not drying at all), then put a gloss over it and that's it, just use gloss or ChapStick or whatever your fav is the rest of the day. It stays all day, doesn't come off on your teeth, cups, anything. I'd recommend following the directions, which are simple - don't put it on after a chapstick or anything. Put it on dry lips first thing. The colors are intense, as usual with stains, so I dot them around then smooth on the brighter shades. I like the suga-one, it's a neutral that you can add other colors to, if you want to.

The media could not be loaded. Review is for Color: 20 AdmireLip stains are my favorite lip product these days, but I am particular about them. I don’t like the types that use a wand and then we dip it into liquid. Since Covergirl Outlast Lipstain is like a marker, I was excited for it. I like using this as my lip liner since it goes well with PH lipsticks by Magic Kiss and MoodMatcher. I don’t see myself using the CG lipstain alone since it’s semi drying and can be patchy. I only have one color so I don’t know if every shade is patchy. To be clear, the lipstain doesn’t cause my lips to be dry. It’s just not moisturizing the lips. Depending on the baseline of your natural lips the experience will be different for everyone. I think CG lipstains are best used with a gloss, topper, or another lipstick to fill in my lips. I apply the lipstain on dry, clean lips. I allow it to fully dry before applying something over it.It's a matte finish. However, nothing is transferproof on my lips including this product since I snack/eat often throughout the day. Transfer is minimal and it doesn’t get messy compared to traditional lipstick. It’s probably long lasting and smudge-proof if you fast. Pigmentation was good. Better than r.e.m. beauty’s lip stain marker. It has a light fruity smell. Almost cotton candy at times. Non-offensive. Not overpowering. I did not notice any bitter taste in my mouth. Made in the USA with imported parts. I really have no complaints about this product besides the color is wrong for me.I chose Admire (20) because I thought it was a lightish pinky mauve. Instead, it’s a dark mauve color like 90’s grunge. A plum shade. Keep in mind I am light-skinned with yellow undertone. It would look different on a deeper skin tone. The swatches/doodling I did on my hand looks lighter than on my lips. It was quite difficult to capture the color accurately in my photos. Hopefully my review is still helpful. I want to order more colors so I’ll update my review in the future. Would I recommend this lippie? It’s definitely not for everyone. It really depends on what you want out of it or expect from it. I have buck teeth and traditional lipsticks always get stuck on my teeth so I find lipstains/PH lipsticks work the best for my type of mouth. My options are kind of limited.

I purchased it after seeing a video on instagram, it didn't glide like the video suggested and neither did it look like depicted in the video. It goes on a lot darker and patchy. Not a fan
Decent lip stain.. still hoping to find that intense stain
Useful to put underneath lipstick in case the lipstick come away, you have color underneath. Also good on it's own for a more casual vibe. I am going to try some small businesses who makes their own stains... One person or family businesses. They might be just as good or better..... I have a feeling these markers will dry out really fast and there will be barely any product to use. We will see..I will update if I remember... But this is the best shade range and most affordable of this drugstore type of marker stain... Still have to try the peel-off, but not sure which one is best.

Absolutely love this to add some definition to my lipline, which is faded and uneven. Love adding a bit of colour and definition. Great shade for me as a pale-skinned person. Will repurchase for sure!
