Great for beginner knitters
This knitting machine is easy to be used to create a flat or round needle in seconds with a manual crank operation. You just thread the yarn into the spindle and then turn the crank to weave your cool fashion accessories such as hats, scarves, gloves, socks, Leg sleeves and clothes!
Only need three steps you can get a beautiful knitted product!
*Step 1*
Leave a 30 cm long yarn in the middle of the machine, hang the yarn on the white crochet, and wrap the thread around the crochet. (The first lap is to ensure that each needle is crossed on the crochet, otherwise the needle will be dropped. You need to re-first lap)
*Step 2*
After completing a lap, come out from the yarn guide. Put the yarn into the tension lever. (In the first three to four laps of knitting, the handle should be shaken at a constant speed to ensure that no needles fall.)
*Step 3*
After completing the above steps, you can shake the handle clockwise until it is finished. ( Please do not shake the handle excessively or operate at too fast speed, otherwise the machine will be damaged or the needle will be dropped.)
Notice:
After the first loop of hanging the yarn, pay attention to the yarn should pass through the yarn guide opening and be placed in the groove, and shouldn't float on the surface. This is also one of the reasons why many customers drop stitches.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works well
I successfully made a hat using this machine. At one point while making my second hat the handle was hard to crank but it was because I did something wrong. I pulled out all the yarn I had cranked, and the handle was easy to crank again. I must have had yarn stuck somewhere. My daughter whom I bought this machine for, wrote this review.
1.0 out of 5 stars no
it worked for one hat and the second one it kept getting stuck and dropping stitches using the same yarn. the thin plastic hooks will eventually snap off and i cant return it now because its broken. not even a week and its in the trash.
4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect starter machine
I ordered this as my kids wanted to start making and selling hats to earn some money. I did some research and found this had good reviews. It is easy to use, but the instructions are terrible. We had to find some videos online in order to figure out how to use it, but there are a lot of great videos out there. It is a little tricky to get the hang of the right tension and types of yarn, but that is not the fault of the machine. It works great and put out a good product once we got the hang of it. My kids can whip out a hat in about 20 minutes, start to finish! The only thing that I don't like about this is the suction cups on the feet. They suction to the table but move around easily. You have to hang on to a leg while cranking it in order to rotate the arm. We are building a more sturdy base for it to overcome this issue and have considered purchasing the auto rotator thing that attaches to a drill. Overall we are very happy with this product and would recommend for anyone looking for such a machine!
5.0 out of 5 stars I love it
This sentro has definitely been useful. Alot of people are complaining that the counter stops working but for me I have had this machine for 3 weeks and use it faithfully. It has not broke yet. Makes super east and short work for knitting.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic
I am making hats for Christmas!! Works wonderful!
3.0 out of 5 stars Great with some caveats
This little machine is very helpful for if you want to crank out panels or tubes for a project. I believe I averaged about 40-60 rows per 10 minutes when things are working properly. The product looks nice if you get the tension right as well. There are some negatives. The machine feels mid quality, as if you use it too hard it will break. If you set the tension gauge to tight this feeling becomes more obvious. The row counter works about 60% of the time but it's easy enough to manually count. I've seen videos that it's possible to fix this if you disassemble the machine, but I'm not going to risk that. The only time I have issues with a stitch slipping is when I change yarn and I don't get the tension correct. This is easy enough to fix with a crochet hook. For the panel setting, I did have some issues with the end stitch on each side coming loose, but after a small practice panel I figured out how to correct this easily.I find it only really works well with size 4 and 3 yarns, so beware of you want to use it for anything else. If you have a yarn that frays or splits easily, be prepared for tricky stitch pick ups if something goes wrong.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use
Got this for my daughter because she wanted it for her birthday, it is awesome. It is very easy to use and you tube videos are also helpful on learning how to use it and making things. Very fun and great on how fast you can make things with it.
1.0 out of 5 stars Child’s play
I recently purchased the Sentro knitting machine and was extremely disappointed. The machine is made almost entirely of cheap plastic, which made it feel very flimsy and unreliable. The handle wouldn’t even turn properly, making it impossible to use. After struggling with it for a while, I decided to return it.I then bought the Addi King, and the difference was night and day. The Addi King is of much higher quality, and it works smoothly without any issues. I would highly recommend spending a bit more for the Addi King instead of wasting money on the Sentro.
