5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great
I bought this dispenser in April. Very nice looking. It holds a good charge. Easy to you. Will dispense soap when cleaning. Otherwise very nice product. I’m purchasing another one.
5.0 out of 5 stars We love it!
So far this is working fantastic and is a big help with multiple kids washing their hands. Charging it is super easy and refills are a breeze. I love it so much so far. There has been no issues and I hope it remains that way. I usually give the product at least 2 months to review but I will come back and update it. We are planning to purchase more for other rooms as well!
1.0 out of 5 stars Great Look but Horrible Performance
I was initially drawn to this item because of its sleek and modern design. It looked fantastic in my bathroom and seemed like the perfect addition to streamline my handwashing routine. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I encountered a major flaw. After just a few days of use, the dispenser started leaking all over my bathroom counter. At first, I thought it might be a one-time issue, but sadly, it persisted. No matter how carefully I tried to use it, the base would dribble out, creating a messy and unsanitary situation.I tried troubleshooting and adjusting the settings, but nothing seemed to resolve the problem. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck with a product that not only fails to function properly but also creates a mess that I have to clean up constantly. To make matters worse, I missed the return window, so now I'm left with a malfunctioning soap dispenser that's nothing more than an eyesore in my bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless they enjoy dealing with constant leaks and cleaning up soap spills. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable automatic soap dispenser.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good for the price! So Far
Obviously not high end, but good for the price. Works well so far and easy to charge and program for amount desired. I have read scout leaning, which I have not noticed yet, but I will be watching for that.
3.0 out of 5 stars Good product
I like the sleek design and my son now loves to wash his hands more than ever after having this soap dispenser. Battery life is great! It does hold a good amount of soap but I find it that even with just the 1st level of the soap dispense is enough. Leaks if you are in a rush so I just wait until I get all the soap onto my palm before it goes on to the sink counter.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well and long lasting battery charge
Easy to use
5.0 out of 5 stars Good value
dispenses jut right amount of soap every time.
2.0 out of 5 stars Seems to work consistently but uses tons of soap.
It looks pretty good though kinda big. It works when I put my hand in front of it. It holds a lot of soap. And it better. This thing dumps a ton of soap out even on the lowest setting. Maybe I got a bad one but my wife made me take it out of the kitchen and put it in the bathroom so it doesn't get used as much. I tried all three settings and the lowest one puts out enough soap for three people to wash their hands. Due to the nature of how wasteful this thing is, gotta rate it low.
Detergent dispenser
The charging could last for more than 2 weeks. The only setback is the amount of detergent discharged is too much even choose the smallest drop.
Not happy
Lotion comes out too slow
1st gear discharge was quite alot, in my opinion
Received item as described but didn't expect the 1st gear discharge was quite alot, in my opinion
Decent foaming soap dispenser, 3 levels, different design than most others, longevity TBD
This is a reasonably decent automatic foaming soap dispenser that appears to be well made for the most part and works as expected without issues. It has an interesting (for the lack of better words) design that's different than most others on the market. Instead of having the reservoir at the bottom with the motor and electronics at the top, this one chooses to have the reservoir at the back throughout the entire height of the dispenser with the front half being where the motor and electronics are.The back and flat part of the surface of the front-half of the dispenser appears to be completely sealed especially around the opening where the soap gets into pump. This is in contrast of the typical top-bottom design (white cylindrical dispenser) that you might have seen from various brands and the improperly sealed (or rather the lack thereof) compartments is one of the primary reasons those would fail completely especially after refill when people start to shake it to mix the soap and the water. The water gets into place where it shouldn't and inevitably it fails shortly afterwards. With that being said, it's unlikely you will be able to give it a proper shake-up with this either because the reservoir is simply not sealed although I do appreciate the design of this and we'll see how it works out in the long run. Btw, I use battery-powered (i.e. low power) handheld frother to mix properly mix the soap and the water.✘ I have/had quite a few of these (10+) of various styles and colors (and from several brands) around the house and so far 7 of these have died prematurely within the last 1.5 yrs with the 8-9 months being the longest lifespan so far. The vast majority of 'em suffer the same issue where nothing is being dispensed even though the motor is running and 2 of 'em would dispense soap at random (i.e. a huge pile of semi-dried soap in the sink the next morning) for no apparent reason. I guess we'll see how far this will go.≡ Physical buildThe physical build quality appears to be just fine from the outside and it's got a reasonably large capacity of around 300 ml (NOT 400 ml as advertised); however, it doesn't have the usual anti-skid bottom that most others have so that's a bit of a boo-boo. The plastic used doesn't necessary feel cheap but it's not exactly high quality either. In either case, it works just fine. It also has a LED indicator for the currently selected dispensing level (1 to 3 bars) that doesn't look as good as some others but it works (again) just fine without issues.≡ Dispensed levelsUnlike many others with a touch control, this one opts for a more traditional approach with a hard plastic button and I'll have to say it works pretty well and in some cases better than the finicky touch control (from a few others) given the circumstance. It has 3 dispensing levels similar to like many others (2-5 levels) but it's not clear to me how much actually gets dispensed with individual levels since it's not documented anywhere. The LED display is somewhat crude but it works just fine nonetheless. Btw, it's slightly louder than most others that I've come across although it's by no means unreasonably loud. With that being said, I do appreciate the generous amount of foam being dispensed at various levels that suit our needs. It can be charged via USB-C port which is always a plus vs. a Micro USB port. It draws about 0.8A while being charged.I should also mention that it does NOT really work with ordinary liquid soap without dilution; I used 1 part soap with 2-3 part water and that works fairly well for me. I'd say start with 1:1 and see how it works out for you and gradually add more water if necessary. I should note that different liquid soaps could require different ratio to work so a bit of trial and error is often required.≡ ReservoirThe soap reservoir can hold around 300 ml which isn't bad but this particular design (similar to most others) makes it a tad bit more difficult to properly clean the reservoir. If you are wondering why it needs to be cleaned; well, I usually clean it when I change liquid soap which I do often and if you mix certain soaps together (usually from different brands for instance), you might end up having grease (remember HS chemistry?).In addition, I'd certainly clean it if I were to change what's being dispensed (i.e. from soap to sanitizer). In either case, it's not terribly difficult to clean in comparison but perhaps this is one of the disadvantages of this particular reservoir style and there are certainly better ways to accomplish the same thing without sacrificing usability.I should also mention that this particular model doesn't have a display for battery level (digital or otherwise) that some others have. Furthermore, the nozzle isn't foldable and can't be temporarily turned off (i.e. by folding it down) in order to clean it or around the counter or what have you. Lastly, it does NOT have a self-cleaning mode that many others have which is quite convenient to say the least. Well, let's hope this one doesn't get clogged up as often to require a self-cleaning mode.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a decent foaming soap/sanitizer dispenser that seems well made for the most part and works as expected without issues (so far). My biggest concern with this is its longevity because none of 'em have lived longer than a year so far. It's somewhat reasonably priced at $33 for what it provides and its overall build quality (for now), features, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
Nice looking handy soap dispenser
Very useful soap dispenser with a decent capacity, almost half a liter. I use it for dish soap in my kitchen. It actually does a really good job even if you're using regular liquid soap mixed with water. I used to mix 1:4 but found the foam to bee too thin, now I'm mixing closer to 2:3 and it handles both consistencies just fine. Its nice that I can continue using my usual soap with it, even though its not specifically designed for foam pumps. The unit charges pretty quickly and lasts a long time. I recharge it every couple of weeks, but I haven't had it run dry yet so I'm not sure the actual capacity. We do all our dishes by hand though so it gets quite a lot of daily use. There's 3 volume settings for the amount of foam dispensed, and when it dispenses it will light up a corresponding amount of lights to tell you what setting you are on. The setting is easy to change via the press of a button. It also uses its little light up display to let you know when its fully charged which is handy. The main thing I find inconvenient with it is the reservoir. It detaches extremely easily, to the point that even putting it on a uneven surface can cause it to shift in its seating. Its also not really enclosed, there's a hole in the side for the pump line and the lid just lightly rests on top, so I cant really easily mix the soap inside the reservoir itself. I like that its see through though so I know how much soap is left in it.Overall its pretty convenient though, and cuts down on soap waste.
