I take this 2-3 times as day, I split the dose in 1/2 to the recommended serving size for each serving. I’ve noticed I’ve steadily gained 20lbs over the course of 4 months. Tastes great, mixes well, great for smoothies! Anyone who’s on a vegan diet and has difficulty bulking I really recommend this. I was stuck at 150lbs for a long time but now I have a resting weight of 175lbs (6 foot). Can’t wait to get to 190lbs by end of year

So the good points first:Flavor is great, a lot like fair life choc milkSmooth & easy to drinkNever upset my stomachNo weird aftertaste/consistency/film like I’ve had with other whey drinksNow I wouldn’t say this is all “bad” but things you should know before buyingThe jar is 8lbs of powder, it’s huge & only 11 servings if you go by what the label tells you to doThis stuff does not mix well without a blender, if you don’t have one I had decent success by adding ice cubes & shake the hell out of it haThe foam can get thick enough that the ice cubes can sit on topNo matter how you mix it it’s going to foam up, I suggest mixing it half a scoop at a timeAnd no matter the amount of drink your planning to make, use a container with twice that volume, I use 2 scoops in 12oz of milk & a couple of ice cubes & it fills my 24oz thermos to the top!Hope this helps, enjoy!

This is the best weight gainer I've ever tried!! Tastes and mixes GREAT! I love the VANILLA! 5STAR! I've purchased 7 times and the flavor is phenomenal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I do a lot of cardio and was losing too much weight. I was down to 165, after using this for 3 months I've put 12lbs. back on and feel healthy!! This stuff will bulk you UP!!

After reading reviews decided to bite the bullet and try this! I struggle with major weight loss and currently am 5’5 and range from 114-117. This morning I used 4 large spoon scoops of this mixed with coffee, ice and whole milk. Let me say the taste is amazing. Not sugar taste. Perfect hint of chocolate mixed with the coffee. Delicious. I’m excited to use this daily and will follow up review later after I see the results. Fingers crossed. I would love to be back to 135 again.Update: I received this on feb 2. Today is 5/9. The container is almost empty. I used it daily. 4 scoops with my regular coffee, ice and whole milk. I then would work out with no cardio only weights for 20-25 min 5 days weekly. I also have increased my calorie intake and protein intake. I wanted to love this! The chocolate taste great. It did not help me to gain weight at all. I am still in the same weight range. Even having double drinks some weeks. I also am having an allergic reaction to it that I just now realized was from it. My tastebuds were swelling up since I started drinking it. I didn’t put it together till I realized the only new thing in my diet is this powder. I stopped drinking it for 3 days and my tongue went back to normal. I don’t think that will be the same for everyone as allergies are different for everyone. I do not think this is a bad product at all. I’m not sure if my weight being maintained was from the powder or working out as I started both at the same time. The good news is that I wasn’t losing weight though. If you are looking to use this to gain weight, I don’t think it alone can do that. But flavor is good.I recommend trying it yourself as other people have different experiences.

I would love to continue using this product however, it drove my cholesterol count up significantly. I honestly did not even realize it was so high is the product. Other than that I appreciated the results. I went with the non flavored and it was pretty good. Didn't bother my tummy at all.

Took this while I was having stomach issues to keep up my weight. Did the job without making my stomach sore or getting nauseous. Vanilla flavor is similar to most vanilla shakes on the market but good quality. Chocolate has a nice coco flavor. That one I find clumps a bit more. My current favorite is chocolate peanut butter. Not a Reese's. But still good. That one mixes very good. Taste great mixed in oatmeal.

This is, by a long shot, THE best protein product for mass gainers on the market right now. The protein supplement industry is teeming with products that are full of fake ingrediants, from artificial sweeteners to E numbers and other crap you don't want in your body. I'm a hard gainer and this is the first prodcut i've ever tried that tastes amazing AND doesn't turn into thick sludge when you mix the recommeded serving size. It also doesn't taste like shit, like most other products on the market. The protein only has three organic ingrediants and I never felt bloated ever when taking the full four scoops in my shake. I literally gained 3KG of muscle in the space of a couple of weeks using this stuff. And I reached my goal of 75KG so quickly, I was shocked. The only problem with this product is that UK availability is extremely scarce. I'm having to order this from Vitamin Shoppe in the US to get my hands on it as I can't find it anywhere else.If you're a hard-gainer and actually want to grow big muscles, you NEED this product. Make no mistake, you need to be eating the right amount of proper food too, but trust me, this will skyrocket your gains like nothing else you've ever seen. And without making you feel like absolute shit.Shut up and take my money!

Serving size is very large. Although taste is good but I was able to get 2KG weight with 22 servings.
