i like nespresso, but it doesnt affect me much. this is legit, the first pod that gives me a caffeine kick. i'm obsessed. already gifted it two a few people and i just got it last week. LOVE.

This is a strong, intense brew. I usually drink my coffee black, but this was much to strong for me. I have been using the capsules to make espresso for dirty chai lattes. It has a caramel taste that compliments the chai, but without the chai it tastes burnt.I'm not really sure why this tastes so different than the death wish coffees I've purchased in the store. I'm wondering if it is because I made it in the nepresso machine vs. a regular drip coffee maker. Also pay attention that these are for an original nepresso and not the new verturo model.Overall, this is a good value because each pod is less than $1 (29.99$ for 30 capsules). It's not bad, but the death wish coffee in the store is better tasting.

The media could not be loaded. I like this coffee but if I can’t get them to work because of a poor vacuum seal, I can’t enjoy it. I had to stop buying this due to not being able to use the capsules. If I got a bad batch, replacement should be provided with well vacuum sealed capsules that work like others that have the firm rounded aluminum top to enable water flow to make the coffee. With these, the water ends up in the reservoir, not in my cup, due to the poor sealing and subsequent contact and puncturing.

I buy this coffee in the ground format and love the rich, smooth flavor but the integrity of the pod is weak so I have some collapse and not be usable.
