It helps with bloating and discomfort. Works really well and relatively quick.It has a strong taste while taking without water, but not too bad. While dissolved in water you can barely taste it.

I would not recommend buying this. I have long-term mild to moderate digestive upset and this product only made it worse. What's even worse than that is I tried to return it and they don't accept returns. He would be better off buying this at a health food store where you can return it after it doesn't work.
