My resin was fresh and was easy to desolve in warm water. Good packaging. Good quality.Does not taste as bad as I was expecting from other reviews. I desolved 1 dose in a shot glass. Shot it, then chased it with orange juice or lemonade. Easy to get down that way. I’ve been using this product for 2-weeks and I do see an improvement in mental focus and energy. This product does not make you stronger or make you magically build muscle without going to the gym. It definitely does NOT make your pencil bigger.

There was a mistake made and I only received one , I contacted Bolo which linked to the company, and they sent me another one . Although the taste is strong even in coffee or cacao , the product does help .
