Tast pretty decent, 2 scoops give me the energy and effectiveness I need. No weird jitters, or stomach problems. ( always take your pre-workout poop , I do this while drink my pre-workout and enjoying a XL dark chocolate protein bar all at the same time to manage time ). Taste is pretty good.

You won't be with just a shot of this stuff! I love love love this pre-work stuff. I've been using a class of this, 2 Scoops in water, 30 mins before working out, since 2015. And it works, every single time. I love this stuff. It gets my booty in gear and helps me focus and beast mode at the gym. I highly recommend.

I’ve ordered this same pre workout three times and it’s been great. This time I ordered it, same flavor, and it tastes like soap. I had my son try it, he said it tastes like soap. I put it directly into a water bottle instead of a shaker cup, still tastes like soap. I tried to get a replacement, Bolo said to reach out to the seller, the seller said they can’t help since it was purchased on Bolo. Not good customer service, and now I will not buy it again. I hate throwing money away…even $20.
