The product arrived a little earlier than expected and was packaged nicely. As we opened the package we found many different parts along with the instructions. I removed one star because the directions were pretty complicated as they didn't read well and the parts weren't numbered. I had to keep flipping the directions over to look at the small pictures of the parts in order to figure out what goes where. When we were finally to the final phase we noticed that one of the parts was broken.The directions included an email address for concerns which I promptly reached out to. They responded the next morning and sent the part out with a sincere apology. They followed up a few times before the part arrived to let me know that it was sent, when it would arrive, and to make sure it got there. I thanked them and said I would give a review. Since then, I've received a few more emails asking if I did the review and if so, would I let them know. That part was a bit annoying but I'm just happy that they actually sent us a new part and we could finish assembling the rack.As you can see from the photo, we didn't use it for dishes. Instead, we repurposed it and are using it for a few kitchen items and are using the top baskets for our herbs. The rack is pretty sturdy and opens up wide enough to fit our sink. We found that it is customizable as to where to place the shelves. Its a very nice addition to our kitchen and our herbs absolutely love being by the window!To sum it up, customer service was very friendly, prompt, had (a bit overly) good communication, and sent the part out quickly. The only negative part of this purchase was the instructions not being very clear. If the company would make them more clear, this would be a perfect purchase.
