I've been drinking this every night before bed for a month and I notice a difference in several areas. Mood support, sleep quality, and energy level. I'm not needing nearly as much caffeine and I feel much more at ease during the day. I look forward to my nightly bed time routine. It tastes great compared to other supplement drinks I've tried and I often only do a half serving and still notice a difference.

I have been using this for over and month and I'm a fan! I've used the single servings and the bulk tub and I've found them both super easy to use. I put it in a shaker cup with out the whisk ball and I've had no clumping and I LOVE the taste - kind of wish there was a non supplement option so I can drink it throughout the day- I take this about 15 minutes before I garden at night and it has been a game changer, sleep has improved and I'm so glad I found this product!

This is great stuff, it takes about 15 minutes for me to get the effect of calmness. It has a great flavor. The only thing I would complain about is that in the bag there needs to be more than 20 packets especially if you can have some every day.

I had high hopes seeing all the tiktoks and the ingredients seemed promising but I think this was such a waste. Taste was bearable. Main concern was the headaches I’d get no matter what time of the day I would drink it. I drank it an hour before working out just to help me relax and it did quite the opposite, with the headache I was irritable and just didn’t enjoy my workout. I tried it an hour before trying to sleep another day and same thing happened. I wasn’t able to sleep even after taking a pain killer. Made me even a bit jittery and did not at all “calm” me. Especially for the price range? I’m going to issue a refund

Love the product!! Great taste, helps improve my patience and overall mood. I do prefer the on the go pouches over the tub due to how easy it is to pour from the to go pouches vs. the scoop in the bulk tub into my water bottle! It dissolves best in room temp water vs cold but still easily dissolves regardless of water temp.

I've been using this product consistently for 2 weeks now, and let me tell you, I've been having the most amazing sleep in ages! I wake up feeling so refreshed in the mornings, and I've even cut down to just 1-0 cups of coffee a day. At first, I tried taking this product twice daily, but it seemed to give me headaches. Now, I only take this supplement before bed, and I sleep like a baby, waking up full of energy that lasts all day. I can't recommend this product enough - it makes me feel so chill, relaxed, and composed.

I have been taking this for almost a month. Prior to this I was having chest pains, thinking that was a result of stress. Since taking my Apple Watch has told me that for the last 3 weeks my resting heart rate has dropped by 14 bpm. I simply take this first thing in the morning and it’s a flavorful way to start my day. At first I didn’t love the price but comparing it to the price of liquid IV that I was paying for, I would much rather spend it on this that I am seeing a result from.
