Easy to swallow, haven’t noticed any difference in bloating or relief in constipation.Don’t know if I will purchase again .Price wasn’t cheap- about the same as retail.

Being sensitive to foods and especially a vegetarian, vegetables can give you a gut check.. stop living on medication, gas x, most prebiotics and probiotics are of little use if not expensive quality.I was doubled over with stomach pain after eating and had these in my cupboard . Took one and minutes later felt so much better. These work and a natural solution for ny daily use before my intermittent fasting meals… try !!!

This is the 3rd box I purchased from you all. The first 2 were OK. The capsules were whole and came out of the foil package with ease. This new box has all caps chopped off in half. at least one third is missing. Also the caps seems that they melted and now they are stuck to the foil. To get them out of the foil breaks the cover and the gooey stuff comes out. I was very upset that the company just posted "not refundable" .... not even a thanks for informing them of their screwed up packaging system. Lack of quality control.

I was excited when I saw these. I had been using the liquid. I thought these would be great for travel. Disappointed when I realized they contain wheat and soy. Ugh! The liquid does not. Why add this?
