I apparently do not take in enough salt. My blood pressure has been low my entire life and I recently started having excessive symptomatic episodes when standing up and just feeling like crap. The edition of the salt has helped only as long as I drink enough water for the salt to have a available to pull water into the blood

This stuff is literally keeping me out of the hospital. It regulates my low sodium, and I'm very glad about that. I also ordered a separate sodium test kit to monitor how things are. I take the sodium daily along with my morning meds, and try to reduce my liquid intake.
