    I would have thought this was a worthless exercise gimmick device if I had used it first in a gym TRX class. I was really impressed with the workout I got at the gym and was happy to find this version of the name brand TRX straps to be significantly cheaper but just as good, if not better, quality. The metal buckles are thick and heavy and so are the fabric bands. Really easy to setup over a door. It come in a nice bag that is half mesh and with a nice set of instructions that includes workout examples for different muscle groups but honestly just use youtube to find a TRX workout video. Cant think of any negatives other the storage bag has the name TUKTOBE written on in.

    I've had this system in 2 houses now and love it! It does take time to find balance, coordination and strength - all of which are so important. I've found several on-line videos to use with it as well. Great challenge and I've definitely gotten stronger. This has been added to my routine that includes hand weights, Bosa Ball, bench, kettle bells and bands.

    The media could not be loaded. I bought this kit to complete my home gym. It's easy to set up. You just need a secure doorway, chin-up bar, or any secure location.

    At 77 I have this hanging outdoors and use it for daily stretching and planking. Best for core and it does a lot more than how I use without a trainer. My first experience was I with an excellent TRX trainer but the above I can do without instruction

    I got these for use at home after physical therapy. They are easy to set up and use. They are adjustable but I did t have to adjust much myself. They look very similar to other brand name devices as well.

    As a certified TRX Trainer in the fitness industry, I know these suspension trainer straps are tough to adjust and use, and it's hard for the average consumer to use them at home or the gym. I recommend buying a TRX Suspension Trainer that is worth the money. I have my own TRX Suspension Trainer for almost ten years, and it's still going strong. I use it in my workouts in the gym, at home, or when traveling. Don't buy this version of a suspension trainer at all. Please take my word for it.
