This mixes really well in a blender on low - add some ice and I use at least 16 oz of water because the mango flavor is that strong. First super greens I've found that I don't have to gag down and can actually sip and enjoy. Also feeling the great gut health affects and seems to be a bit of an appetite suppressant as well.

I'm not known for my adventurous palate. I don’t get enough vegetables in my diet and I eat like a child. However, I also understand the importance of healthy eating. I've tried several greens powders and found this one to be particularly palatable. It doesn't have an overwhelming bitterness or unpleasant aftertaste, and I'd even say it's enjoyable. I've been pairing it with the Supercalm from the same brand, and it's a great combination.

I have tried so many of these superfoods, including AG1 and this is the only one that does not make me gag because of the taste. Most of the products I have tried have a "dirt" taste to them and I can never finish a serving. These super greens are extremely refreshing and actually taste pretty good. I have just started using them daily and I am already feeling like this is going to be an important part of my day. Taste great you will not be disappointed.

I bought this because I am worried I’m not getting my daily nutrients. I do think this is a great way to get the stuff we need! The flavor is good too. When I first started it I noticed I was a lot less bloated than normal and I liked it! But after a few weeks I’ve noticed I am way more hungry all the time… might just be a personal side effect. But I don’t like it. ☹️

These taste like straight grass and dirt lol I’ve tried them in different mixers and they just stay gross. They are very gritty as well.

I am trying to get healthy and quit drinking soda. I hate water so I tried these. It is actually not that bad. The mango taste outweighs the greens. It is just a tiny bit gritty but not horrible. If I’m able to drink this more than once it is worth trying. I do like that it dissolves easily!
