Packed well and delivered on-time. Very small unit compared to other brands. Did very good job on home for Power-washing. Soap dispenser worked very good. Removable tips make unit very useful for various applications. Not for heavy duty cleaning on higher elevations, but worked for everything I needed cleaned on single-story home.

Used this washer for about 3 months straight now. Works very well for the price paid. After 3 months of hard usage the hand trigger wore out and would not turn on the machine to spray. Contacted seller and after a few emails they sent a replacement wand very quickly. The pressure washer works again. Good job from seller standing behind the product.

“Handbook” not written in any formal English I’ve ever read before. Directions for assembly are terrible. Husband was able to figure it out. No brand name anywhere on the “Electric Power Washer”. Almost afraid to attempt to turn it on. Have 30 days to return and that may still happen. VERY Small. Weighs 17# with all hoses and cords attached.
