The New and Improved SmrtMugg Go v2 is a heated travel mug for people on the go. It's simplistic design is great for what it's designed for, keeping your coffee at the perfect, drinkable temperature. It's designed to keep your coffee in the "Goldilocks Zone" of temperature, where your coffee tastes the best. It's designed to quickly cool hot coffee, and then keep it in this perfect, drinkable temperature zone of approx. 131°F (55°C) for about 90 minutes, plenty of time to finish your drink and enjoy every sip. The SmrtMugg Go is our most straightforward product ever. It's got 1 button. Hold it down to turn on the heat. It will keep your coffee at 131°F (55°C). Hold it down again to turn the mug off. Tap the button once to display current temperature inside the mug in Celsius. Tap again to display current temperature in Fahrenheit. And tap the button a third time to display remaining battery life. From a full charge it will keep your coffee at the perfect drinking temperature for at least 90 minutes. With other mugs, the quality of each sip diminishes, as each sip is always a little colder than the last. This is no longer and issue with the SmrtMugg Go as each sip will be at the ideal drinking temperature. The SmrtMugg Go is also capable of keeping your drink warm all day during desktop use, if you start with a full charge and keep the magnetic power cord attached . The SmrtMugg Go is easy to clean (hand wash only) and once it's clean and dried, simply pop the innovative magnetic charging cord onto the mug and it'll be ready to use again in no time. The problems with the original Smrtmug have been erased but this replacement isn't worthy of my usage. The battery life used to be many hours. Now it's 1 1/2 hours. I go on bike rides for three or more hours. Also they state that the perfect temp for keeping the coffee at what they call the average temp for people is just too low. I was setting the old one at 140° and loving it. But this model only keeps it at 131°, too low for me. Back to the drawing board folks. If the price is too low for a proper product, raise it, like the other....

Got this for my wife and she enjoys it, though she doesn't use it every day. Just on occasion, so I can't speak to its durability after only a couple of months. But so far so good. Kept her coffee nice and hot and the battery seems to last as long as she needs it to throughout the day.I do wish the "controls" were a little more intuitive. It took some trial and error to get it to behave the way we wanted it to. The instructions were tiny and not super clear.

It doesn;t hold the temperature. It starts out hot and gradually decreases in the first hour or less.then the drink is luke warm at best. no way to reheat or select a temperature. the battery life is so short and even if you keep it plugged in it does not continue to stay warm. its really pointless.Update: after my review the seller sent me a new cup the next day. Great customer service… but it has only been a few weeks and it has already been acting up. This time it went to a temperature of 152 and i burnt my mouth. Its only supposed to keep it at 131. And then it just died. Will not charge or turn on. Do not recommend.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too hot, can't control temp, stopped working
2 days in and I wanted to love this but at 131F it's too hot to be really enjoyable and there's no way to set it to ideal temp. It also stopped working on day 2 after one wash. I am going to try to charge again but I'm disappointed. I should have just bought the bobolo travel baby milk warmer that allows for digital control of temp and although capacity is smaller it doesn't break.

At first I thought this was a warming thermistor to warm-up hot drinks, but as I read the instructions it kept drinks as hot as possible. My drinks kept their temperature for up to 3 hours on continuous use, 4-5 depending how hot you want it at then start then after a few sips (lower temp = less power consumption).A gripe to having this is the magnet power cable, its short and not likely replaceable. in a cup holder to dash USB port it great ,but in a kitchen its either too far or too short to reach without moving some things to accommodate it. Would buy if the cable is longer or offered a longer one that is safe for it.

The cup is way heavier than imagined, the charge lasts for a very short amount of time and the cup doesn't hold much coffee. I can't even tell if it's full or empty because it weighs so much. Not ideal.
